【摘要】：社會(huì)工作在我國(guó)恢復(fù)發(fā)展以來(lái)已經(jīng)取得了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,尤其是東部沿海地區(qū),社會(huì)工作已形成了一定的實(shí)踐模式,呈現(xiàn)出較為成熟的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),成為我國(guó)社會(huì)工作的示范區(qū)域。然而,社會(huì)工作在我國(guó)的發(fā)展極具地域性差異,與東部比較,西部地區(qū),尤其是西部民族地區(qū),社會(huì)工作的發(fā)展才剛剛起步,仍處于探索階段。隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高和人們需求的增加,社會(huì)工作已顯示出巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿?其實(shí)踐范圍和領(lǐng)域也都在不斷拓展。我國(guó)是一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的多民族國(guó)家這一特點(diǎn),為開(kāi)展具有中國(guó)特色的民族社會(huì)工作提供了難得的實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì),而民族地區(qū)發(fā)展中不斷出現(xiàn)的社會(huì)需求,也促成民族社會(huì)工作應(yīng)該成為社會(huì)工作的重要實(shí)務(wù)領(lǐng)域。本文主要通過(guò)分析我國(guó)西部少數(shù)民族發(fā)展過(guò)程中所處的位置和面對(duì)的主要問(wèn)題,探索社會(huì)工作的介入空間和干預(yù)模式,旨在從社會(huì)工作的價(jià)值理念出發(fā),促進(jìn)民族社會(huì)工作理論和實(shí)務(wù)的不斷完善與發(fā)展。 本論文共分為六個(gè)部分,第一部分主要介紹了選題的背景、目的和意義,以及國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于民族社會(huì)工作的綜述,對(duì)文中的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定和淺析；第二部分從民族問(wèn)題的視角和民族社會(huì)工作的干預(yù)模型兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了相關(guān)理論闡釋,對(duì)解答民族問(wèn)題,提出解決方法提供了理論支撐；第三部分介紹了西部民族社會(huì)工作的實(shí)踐空間,包括西部民族地區(qū)的地理與社會(huì)特征,社會(huì)工作介入的領(lǐng)域及西部民族地區(qū)社會(huì)工作介入中的需求識(shí)別；第四部分介紹了西部民族社會(huì)工作的實(shí)踐案例及其反思,為發(fā)展民族社會(huì)工作提供了參考模式,同時(shí)也有待總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),吸取教訓(xùn),繼續(xù)完善西部民族社會(huì)工作的開(kāi)展；第五部分闡述了西部民族社會(huì)工作的發(fā)展,包括民族社會(huì)工作的要素,社會(huì)工作方法的融入及發(fā)展民族社會(huì)工作的重要實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)；第六部分作為結(jié)語(yǔ),闡述了西部民族社會(huì)工作的發(fā)展前景和發(fā)展中應(yīng)注意的幾個(gè)方面,以便推動(dòng)民族社會(huì)工作的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,豐富我國(guó)社會(huì)工作的領(lǐng)域和內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:Social work has made great progress since the recovery and development of our country, especially in the eastern coastal areas. Social work has formed a certain practical mode, showing a more mature development trend, and has become a model area of social work in China. However, the development of social work in China has regional differences. Compared with the eastern region, the development of social work in the western region, especially in the western ethnic areas, has just started and is still in the exploratory stage. With the progress of society, the improvement of economic level and the increase of people's demand, social work has shown great development potential, and its practice scope and field are also expanding. The fact that China is a unified multi-ethnic country provides a rare practical opportunity for the development of ethnic social work with Chinese characteristics. Also promote the ethnic social work should become an important practical field of social work. By analyzing the position and main problems in the development of minority nationalities in western China, this paper explores the intervention space and intervention mode of social work, aiming at starting from the value concept of social work. To promote the continuous improvement and development of the theory and practice of ethnic social work. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the topic, as well as the domestic and foreign review of the national social work, and defines and analyzes the related concepts; The second part from the perspective of ethnic issues and the intervention model of ethnic social work two aspects of the relevant theoretical interpretation, to solve ethnic problems, put forward solutions to provide theoretical support; The third part introduces the practice space of the western ethnic social work, including the geographical and social characteristics of the western ethnic areas, the field of social work intervention and the identification of the needs in the western ethnic areas. The fourth part introduces the practice and reflection of western ethnic social work, which provides a reference model for the development of ethnic social work, but also needs to sum up experience, draw lessons, and continue to improve the development of western ethnic social work; The fifth part expounds the development of ethnic social work in western China, including the elements of ethnic social work, the integration of social work methods and the important practical experience of developing ethnic social work. The sixth part, as the conclusion, expounds the development prospect and several aspects of the western national social work, in order to promote the further development of the national social work and enrich the field and connotation of the social work in our country.
