【摘要】：城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系即城市與鄉(xiāng)村之間的關(guān)系，是世界范圍內(nèi)普遍存在的現(xiàn)象，任何一個國家走向現(xiàn)代化的過程中都會面臨的問題，城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系是否處理得當(dāng)會直接影響到一個國家的經(jīng)濟與社會發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。改革開放以來，我國對城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系問題進行了深入探索，從整體上來說，我國城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展呈整體向前推進，但也出現(xiàn)了城鄉(xiāng)差距大、發(fā)展不平衡等一系列問題。當(dāng)前，全面建成小康社會已成為社會關(guān)注的焦點，而城鄉(xiāng)差距問題成為全面建成小康社會的主要障礙，我們必須要認識到統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展、縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距，是全面建成小康社會的要求，也是確保我國經(jīng)濟社會穩(wěn)健發(fā)展的根本。馬克思主義城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論具有豐富的內(nèi)涵，論述了城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)的一般規(guī)律，還預(yù)測了城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系的發(fā)展趨勢，對城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系做了科學(xué)的分析、界定。因此，用馬克思主義城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論指導(dǎo)中國社會主義建設(shè)不僅具有理論價值，還具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義，堅定我國統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的信心。 本文旨在從馬克思主義城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論入手，，系統(tǒng)的梳理城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論，通過對馬克思主義城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論的中國化進程的回顧，總結(jié)我國歷屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體在探尋城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系發(fā)展中的有益經(jīng)驗，并著重論述馬克思主義城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論在我國的運用與創(chuàng)新。本論文共分五部分： 第一章：引言。主要對整篇論文做一個簡要介紹，闡明論文選題的意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及論文的研究思路。 第二章：馬克思主義基本原理中的城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論。首先分析馬克思城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論產(chǎn)生的歷史背景；其次闡釋馬克思主義城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論包含的主要內(nèi)容；最后指出列寧對馬克思主義城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論的發(fā)展。 第三章：中國化馬克思主義的城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論。先介紹我國歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人結(jié)合我國國情對城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論的論述，如毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤等。他們在中國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展史上，雖然處在不同的時期，但對城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系所作的論斷都是與時俱進的，這些論斷對當(dāng)代統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。 第四章：馬克思主義中國化城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論的運用與創(chuàng)新。聯(lián)系我國現(xiàn)階段城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，指出馬克思主義城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系理論在我國的運用與創(chuàng)新。 最后是結(jié)論。對本文的主要觀點進行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The relationship between urban and rural areas, that is, the relationship between cities and villages, is a common phenomenon in the world. Any country will face problems in the process of modernization.Whether the relationship between urban and rural areas is properly handled will directly affect the economic and social development of a country.Since the reform and opening up, our country has carried on the thorough exploration to the question of the urban-rural relations. On the whole, the urban-rural development of our country is advancing as a whole, but there are also a series of problems such as the big gap between urban and rural areas and the unbalanced development.At present, building a well-off society in an all-round way has become the focus of attention of the society, and the problem of the gap between urban and rural areas has become the main obstacle to building a well-off society in an all-round way. We must realize that we should coordinate urban and rural development and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.It is the requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way and the fundamental to ensure the steady development of our country's economy and society.The Marxist theory of urban-rural relationship has rich connotation, discusses the general law of urban-rural construction, predicts the development trend of urban-rural relationship, and makes a scientific analysis and definition of urban-rural relationship.Therefore, it is not only of theoretical value, but also of practical significance to use Marxist theory of urban-rural relationship to guide China's socialist construction, and to strengthen the confidence of our country in coordinating the development of urban and rural areas.The purpose of this paper is to start with the Marxist theory of urban-rural relations, systematically combing the theory of urban-rural relations, and reviewing the process of Sinicization of Marxist theory of urban-rural relations.This paper summarizes the beneficial experience of the successive central leading collectives in exploring the development of urban-rural relations, and emphatically discusses the application and innovation of Marxist theory of urban-rural relations in China.This thesis is divided into five parts:Chapter one: introduction.A brief introduction is made to the whole paper, and the significance of the topic, the current research situation and the research ideas of the thesis at home and abroad are expounded.Chapter two: the theory of rural-urban relations in the basic principles of Marxism.Firstly, it analyzes the historical background of Marx's urban-rural relationship theory; secondly, explains the main contents of Marxist urban-rural relationship theory; finally, points out Lenin's development of Marxist urban-rural relationship theory.Chapter three: Marxist theory of urban-rural relations in China.This paper first introduces the theory of urban-rural relations by Chinese leaders in combination with China's national conditions, such as Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Jiang Zemin, and so on.In the history of China's social and economic development, although they are in different periods, their arguments on the relationship between urban and rural areas are advancing with the times, which are of great significance to the coordinated development of contemporary urban and rural areas.Chapter four: the application and innovation of Marxist theory of urban-rural relationship in China.This paper points out the application and innovation of Marxist theory of urban-rural relations in our country according to the present situation of the development of urban-rural relations in China.Finally is the conclusion.The main viewpoints of this paper are summarized.
