隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的項(xiàng)目管理方法研究

【摘要】:近年來,公路隧道在全國(guó)各地疏解交通擁堵中起到越來越重要的作用,隧道建設(shè)規(guī)模與日俱增。由于隧道的環(huán)境特殊,,隧道的安全性以及隧道管理的穩(wěn)定性是隧道運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況最重要的考核指標(biāo),因此隧道對(duì)通風(fēng)、照明、交通控制等監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的要求非常高,工業(yè)化軟件產(chǎn)品性能指標(biāo)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)性能等對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的安全平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行至關(guān)重要。利用現(xiàn)代化的控制理論和先進(jìn)的監(jiān)控設(shè)備,建立一套完整的隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),調(diào)節(jié)交通流、控制隧道通風(fēng)和照明,防患事故于未然,對(duì)于提高隧道行車的安全性、快速性和舒適性尤為重要。但隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)既有硬件,又有軟件,系統(tǒng)復(fù)雜,工作量大,計(jì)劃性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),施工時(shí)須與多個(gè)專業(yè)(如土建、強(qiáng)電、裝飾、交通、排水等)協(xié)同工作,要求施工方有足夠的經(jīng)驗(yàn),組織策劃及協(xié)作能力等。 項(xiàng)目管理是現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)的重要分支,經(jīng)過長(zhǎng)期的探索、實(shí)踐和總結(jié),已發(fā)展為完善的學(xué)科理論體系和管理方法。項(xiàng)目管理理論及方法運(yùn)用于隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目,在時(shí)間管理、成本控制、質(zhì)量管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、溝通管理、采購管理、人力資源管理等方面提供科學(xué)依據(jù)及解決辦法。 本文通過研究項(xiàng)目管理在隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中的運(yùn)用,提出適合公路隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的溝通機(jī)制模型和調(diào)試、驗(yàn)收模型,有利于同類公路隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的管理和快速套用。 總結(jié)了適合公路隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的作業(yè)時(shí)間估算方法。提出進(jìn)度監(jiān)控時(shí)間點(diǎn)的選擇方法。提出基于關(guān)鍵路徑的掙值法與總掙值法結(jié)合分析進(jìn)度的方法,并對(duì)比本文提出的分析結(jié)論,能夠準(zhǔn)確得到公路隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度。
[Abstract]:In recent years, highway tunnels play a more and more important role in relieving traffic congestion in various parts of the country, and the scale of tunnel construction is increasing day by day. Because of the special environment of the tunnel, the safety of the tunnel and the stability of the tunnel management are the most important assessment indexes of the tunnel operation condition. Therefore, the tunnel requires the ventilation, lighting, traffic control and other monitoring systems to be very high. The industrial software product performance index, network performance and so on are very important for the whole system to run safely and smoothly. By using modern control theory and advanced monitoring equipment, a complete tunnel monitoring system is set up to regulate traffic flow, control tunnel ventilation and lighting, prevent accidents, and improve the safety of tunnel driving. Speed and comfort are particularly important. However, the tunnel monitoring system has both hardware and software. The system is complex, heavy workload, strong planning and so on. In construction, it is necessary to work in coordination with many specialties (such as civil construction, strong electricity, decoration, traffic, drainage, etc.). Require adequate experience, organization, planning and collaboration skills of the construction side. Project management is an important branch of modern management. After a long period of exploration, practice and summary, it has developed into a perfect discipline theory system and management method. The theory and method of project management are applied to the development of tunnel monitoring system, which provides scientific basis and solution in time management, cost control, quality management, risk management, communication management, procurement management, human resource management and so on. By studying the application of project management in tunnel monitoring system development project, this paper puts forward the communication mechanism model, debugging and acceptance model suitable for highway tunnel monitoring system development project. It is beneficial to the management and rapid application of the similar highway tunnel monitoring system development project. The working time estimation method suitable for highway tunnel monitoring system development project is summarized. A method of selecting time points for monitoring progress is proposed. This paper puts forward the method of combining earned value method based on critical path and total earned value method to analyze the progress, and compares the analysis conclusion of this paper, and can accurately get the progress of highway tunnel monitoring system development project.
