【摘要】：同貝同步裝卸是集裝箱碼頭提高裝卸作業(yè)效率和資源利用率的有效途徑和方法.其調(diào)度的復(fù)雜性體現(xiàn)在需要同時決策裝、卸船兩類集裝箱在受堆場翻箱約束和艙口蓋限制情況下的作業(yè)序列.針對該問題的柔性準備時間、成組調(diào)度和優(yōu)先順序約束等特點,本文建立了同貝同步裝卸作業(yè)的整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型.為求解模型,設(shè)計了基于遺傳算法和貪婪規(guī)則的混合求解算法.最后,通過將算例實驗結(jié)果與不考慮翻箱和艙口蓋限制的簡單下界進行比較,驗證了模型與算法的有效性,說明所建立的模型有利于提高集裝箱碼頭的裝卸作業(yè)效率.
[Abstract]:Simultaneous loading and unloading is an effective way and method for container terminal to improve the efficiency of loading and unloading and the utilization of resources. The complexity of scheduling is reflected in the operation sequence of the two types of containers which need simultaneous decision loading and unloading under the constraints of overturning containers in the yard and the hatch cover. Aiming at the characteristics of flexible preparation time, group scheduling and priority constraints, an integer programming model for synchronous loading and unloading operations is established in this paper. In order to solve the model, a hybrid algorithm based on genetic algorithm and greedy rule is designed. Finally, the validity of the model and the algorithm is verified by comparing the experimental results with the simple lower bound without considering the limit of overturning and hatch cover. It is shown that the proposed model can improve the efficiency of loading and unloading of container terminals.
