【摘要】：通過對連云港某液體散貨泊位工程進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)港區(qū)總體規(guī)劃,結(jié)合防波堤工程、航道工程建設(shè)方案,提出布置于二港池和六港池的兩個(gè)總體布局方案。由于總體布局方案一建設(shè)不受防波堤建設(shè)影響,能盡快建成滿足后方產(chǎn)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的需要,所以選擇總體布局方案一為推薦方案。針對總體布局方案一,根據(jù)本工程設(shè)計(jì)船型,提出了兩個(gè)碼頭總平面布置方案:方案一(長平臺連片式方案)和方案二(短平臺方案)。分析兩方案各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),確定碼頭平面布置方案一為最佳方案。對化工品裝卸工藝、液化烴裝船工藝及裝卸區(qū)布置等碼頭液體散貨裝卸工藝提出了合理的方案。配套碼頭平面布置推薦方案一,提出兩個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)方案:碼頭為非等高連接的結(jié)構(gòu)方案A和碼頭為等高連接的結(jié)構(gòu)方案B,并分析比較兩者的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),確定結(jié)構(gòu)方案A為最佳結(jié)構(gòu)方案。通過經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)和社會影響評價(jià),可以看出本工程經(jīng)濟(jì)收益率較高,項(xiàng)目效益較好,還有利于改善連云港地區(qū)的投資環(huán)境,滿足社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的物質(zhì)運(yùn)輸需求,增加就業(yè)機(jī)會,增加職工收入,促進(jìn)社會穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of a liquid bulk berth project in Lianyungang, according to the general plan of the port area, combined with the breakwater project and the waterway construction scheme, two general layout schemes are put forward for the two ports pool and the six port pool.As the construction of the overall layout scheme is not affected by the breakwater construction, it can be built to meet the needs of the rear industry production as soon as possible, so the general layout scheme is selected as the recommended scheme.In view of the overall layout scheme 1, according to the ship type design of the project, two general layout schemes of wharf are put forward: scheme one (long platform connected with sheet type) and scheme two (short platform scheme).The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are analyzed, and the layout scheme of the wharf is determined as the best scheme.A reasonable scheme is put forward for handling and handling liquid bulk cargo in wharves such as chemical handling process, loading process of liquefied hydrocarbon and layout of loading area.In this paper, the author puts forward two structural schemes: the terminal is a non-isometric connection and the wharf is an equal-height connection, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are analyzed and compared.Determine the structural scheme A as the best structural scheme.Through economic evaluation and social impact assessment, we can see that the economic yield of the project is high and the project benefit is good. It is also conducive to improving the investment environment in Lianyungang area, meeting the material transportation needs of social and economic development, and increasing employment opportunities.Increase staff and workers' income and promote social stability.
