耦合老化條件下瀝青性能與分子結(jié)構(gòu)特征分析

【摘要】:為了構(gòu)建耦合老化條件下瀝青宏觀性能與微觀分子結(jié)構(gòu)特征的相關(guān)關(guān)系,分別通過針入度、延度、軟化點和黏度試驗,測試不同老化條件下基質(zhì)瀝青和SBS改性瀝青宏觀常規(guī)性能,通過FTIR(紅外光譜)和H-NMR(核磁共振氫譜)試驗測試瀝青的微觀分子結(jié)構(gòu);采用灰色系統(tǒng)理論計算耦合老化條件下瀝青宏觀常規(guī)性能與微觀分子結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)聯(lián)程度,并給出其擬定模型公式。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著老化程度及老化時間的增加,瀝青各項宏觀常規(guī)性能逐漸劣化,羰基指數(shù)CI和亞砜基指數(shù)SI逐漸增大,瀝青發(fā)生化學(xué)鍵斷裂和氧化加成反應(yīng),丁二烯指數(shù)BI逐漸減小,SBS改性劑發(fā)生—C瀅C—雙鍵降解反應(yīng);線形SBS改性瀝青芳香環(huán)發(fā)生異構(gòu)化脫烷,基質(zhì)瀝青與星形SBS改性瀝青芳香環(huán)先發(fā)生脫氫縮合,然后發(fā)生異構(gòu)化脫烷;基質(zhì)瀝青和SBS改性瀝青脂肪族區(qū)均發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)異化,基質(zhì)瀝青脂肪側(cè)鏈長度不斷減小,星形SBS改性瀝青側(cè)鏈長度逐漸增加,線形SBS改性瀝青側(cè)鏈長度先減小后增加;從瀝青各項宏觀性能和微觀分子結(jié)構(gòu)特征的變化趨勢以及兩者灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度的計算結(jié)果看,SBS改性劑能夠顯著提高瀝青抗老化性能,且不同類型SBS改性劑對常用基質(zhì)瀝青抗老化性能的改善效果相當(dāng);耦合老化條件下瀝青的微觀分子結(jié)構(gòu)變化與基質(zhì)瀝青軟化點的關(guān)聯(lián)最顯著,與SBS改性瀝青軟化點、針入度和5℃延度的關(guān)聯(lián)最顯著。通過瀝青宏觀常規(guī)性能指標可以預(yù)測瀝青微觀分子結(jié)構(gòu)的變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In order to construct the correlation between macroscopical properties and microscopic molecular structure characteristics of asphalt under coupled aging conditions, the macroscopic conventional properties of matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt under different aging conditions were tested by penetration, ductility, softening point and viscosity tests, and the microscopic molecular structure of asphalt was tested by FTIR (infrared spectroscopy) and H-NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy) tests. The grey system theory is used to calculate the correlation between the macroscopic conventional properties and the microscopic molecular structure of asphalt under the condition of coupled aging, and the formula of the model is given. The results show that with the increase of aging degree and aging time, the macroscopic conventional properties of asphalt gradually deteriorate, the carbonyl index CI and sulfoxide index SI increase gradually, the chemical bond fracture and oxidation addition reaction take place in asphalt, the Butadiene index BI decreases gradually, and the degradation reaction of-C ying C-double bond occurs in SBS modifier. The aromatic ring of linear SBS modified asphalt is isomerized and dealkane, the aromatic ring of matrix asphalt and star-shaped SBS modified asphalt is dehydrocondensation first, and then isomerization dealkylation occurs. The aliphatic side chain length of matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt is dissimilated, the fat side chain length of matrix asphalt decreases, the side chain length of star-shaped SBS modified asphalt increases gradually, and the side chain length of linear SBS modified asphalt decreases at first and then increases. According to the changing trend of macroscopic properties and microscopic molecular structure characteristics of asphalt and the calculation results of grey correlation degree between them, SBS modifier can significantly improve the anti-aging performance of asphalt, and different types of SBS modifiers have the same effect on the anti-aging performance of common matrix asphalt.
