【摘要】：本文首先對資產(chǎn)證券化的基本概念、一般要素、運(yùn)行模式以及實(shí)施意義等進(jìn)行論述，介紹了資產(chǎn)證券化的理論基礎(chǔ)。通過國際上資產(chǎn)證券化業(yè)務(wù)模式與發(fā)展情況的闡述，特別是對美國資產(chǎn)證券化市場發(fā)展歷程的回顧，展示了資產(chǎn)證券化在不同歷史階段的時(shí)代特征和運(yùn)作特點(diǎn)。文章還介紹了我國資產(chǎn)證券化的產(chǎn)生及演進(jìn)過程，對我國當(dāng)前資產(chǎn)證券化三種主要模式進(jìn)行了差異性分析，列示了與資產(chǎn)證券化相關(guān)的已出臺法律規(guī)章。最后，，結(jié)合消費(fèi)金融公司的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)，從實(shí)際操作的角度闡述以消費(fèi)金融公司為主體實(shí)施資產(chǎn)證券化的操作模式和重要意義等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the basic concept of asset securitization, general elements, operating mode and implementation significance are discussed. This paper introduces the theoretical basis of asset securitization, through the international asset securitization business model and development, especially the review of the development of the asset securitization market in the United States. This paper shows the characteristics of the time and operation of asset securitization in different historical stages. The article also introduces the emergence and evolution process of asset securitization in China. This paper analyzes the differences of three main modes of asset securitization in China, and lists the laws and regulations related to asset securitization. Finally, combined with the operating characteristics of consumer finance companies. This paper expounds the operation mode and significance of asset securitization with consumer finance company as the main body from the point of view of practical operation.
