【摘要】:近年來(lái),受國(guó)內(nèi)外宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)持續(xù)下滑以及傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)國(guó)有產(chǎn)權(quán)交易業(yè)務(wù)日益萎縮的影響,從全國(guó)范圍看,產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)比重持續(xù)下滑,各產(chǎn)權(quán)交易機(jī)構(gòu)面臨著發(fā)展空間壓縮、市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)減弱、改革創(chuàng)新疲軟的考驗(yàn)。但是,在山東省國(guó)資委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與支持下,山東產(chǎn)權(quán)交易中心作為山東省唯一經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院國(guó)資委備案的企業(yè)國(guó)有產(chǎn)權(quán)交易大平臺(tái),卻實(shí)現(xiàn)了持續(xù)快速發(fā)展。但是,面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整的大背景,山東產(chǎn)權(quán)交易中心要想進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)的科學(xué)發(fā)展、快速發(fā)展,要想在全國(guó)保持并實(shí)現(xiàn)自身地位的進(jìn)一步提升,必須從戰(zhàn)略高度探討推動(dòng)產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),加快業(yè)務(wù)種類創(chuàng)新,探索產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)改革和發(fā)展的新思路、新模式,這也是本論文研究的契機(jī)。 本文以山東產(chǎn)權(quán)交易中心為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展歷程、職能定位分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,,分析山東產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題及原因;借鑒戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論,分析山東產(chǎn)權(quán)交易中心發(fā)展面臨的外部機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)及內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),認(rèn)為總體來(lái)看山東產(chǎn)權(quán)交易中心具有外部機(jī)遇及內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),適合采用增長(zhǎng)型戰(zhàn)略;結(jié)合問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及SWOT分析結(jié)果,論文提出交易中心應(yīng)選擇發(fā)展型戰(zhàn)略,需要在業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、企業(yè)服務(wù)、市場(chǎng)品牌、企業(yè)文化等方面選擇相應(yīng)戰(zhàn)略,整體提升交易中心核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;并通過(guò)借鑒我國(guó)其他省市在產(chǎn)權(quán)市場(chǎng)建設(shè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做法,提出山東產(chǎn)權(quán)交易中心做好服務(wù)升級(jí)的對(duì)策建議,從而為進(jìn)一步深化我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)與政策借鑒。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the decline of macroeconomic situation at home and abroad and the shrinking of state-owned property rights trading business of traditional enterprises, the proportion of traditional business in the property rights market continues to decline from a nationwide perspective. Property rights trading institutions are faced with the development of space compression, market effect weakened, weak reform and innovation test. However, under the leadership and support of Shandong SASAC. Shandong property Rights Exchange Center, as the only state-owned property exchange platform of Shandong Province recorded by SASAC of the State Council, has achieved sustained and rapid development. However, it faces the background of strategic adjustment of economic structure. Shandong property rights trading center wants to further realize sustainable scientific development, rapid development, want to maintain and achieve its status in the country to further enhance. It is necessary to promote the adjustment and upgrading of the management structure of the property rights market from a strategic perspective, accelerate the innovation of business types, and explore new ideas and new models for the reform and development of the property rights market. This is also the opportunity for this paper to study. This article takes Shandong property right transaction center as the research object, on the basis of analyzing the development course and function orientation of the property right market of our country, designs the questionnaire, analyzes the existing problems and the reason of the Shandong property right market development; Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper analyzes the external opportunities and challenges and internal advantages and disadvantages of Shandong property rights trading center, and thinks that Shandong property right transaction center has external opportunities and internal advantages. Suitable for the use of growth strategy; Combined with the results of questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis, the paper puts forward that the trading center should choose the developmental strategy, and should choose the corresponding strategy in the aspects of business innovation, marketing, enterprise service, market brand, corporate culture and so on. Enhance the core competitiveness of the trading center as a whole; And through drawing lessons from the experience of other provinces and cities in the process of property rights market construction and development, put forward the Shandong property rights trading center to do a good job of service upgrading countermeasures and suggestions. So as to further deepen the construction of the capital market in China to provide theoretical basis and policy reference.
