【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中,由于全球經(jīng)濟趨于一體化發(fā)展,市場競爭加劇,提高產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)效率和流通速率成為產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展重要的考量要素。在這種趨勢下,產(chǎn)業(yè)對運輸系統(tǒng)的運行效率有了更加嚴苛的要求。航空運輸作為現(xiàn)代交通方式中最快速的運輸載體,能夠為時間約束性強的經(jīng)濟活動提供非常有利的競爭條件,因此,航空運輸在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟活動中的作用越發(fā)獨特和重要。以一些發(fā)達國家的國際樞紐機場為例,它們已不再僅僅是一個實現(xiàn)人員和貨物交換的交通基礎(chǔ)設施,而且也是促進信息流、資金流等流通的重要載體。因此,機場已經(jīng)演變成為能夠刺激周邊地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要空間極核,并通過放射形的發(fā)展廊道,,將臨空影響擴散輻射,深入?yún)^(qū)域腹地,對區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)空間布局和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)組成產(chǎn)生積極影響,最終實現(xiàn)區(qū)域協(xié)同發(fā)展。 以往關(guān)于樞紐機場的輻射影響研究雖然涉及空間和產(chǎn)業(yè)兩個方面,看似全面卻各有各的不足。空間研究方面,過去的研究大多只著眼于機場周邊30公里范圍內(nèi)的臨空經(jīng)濟經(jīng)常影響區(qū),即常見的空港區(qū)、臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)、航空城等概念,這些只能算是樞紐機場輻射影響的微觀區(qū)域。針對樞紐機場對腹地區(qū)域的空間影響研究明顯缺乏。產(chǎn)業(yè)研究方面,既有的研究只是從理想角度闡述樞紐機場通過臨空經(jīng)濟與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟耦合互動,忽略了實際產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃中各行政主體都想要瓜分樞紐紅利的盲目性。 首都第二機場建設在即,它對京津冀地區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、基礎(chǔ)設施建設和就業(yè)等諸多方面將起到十分重要的帶動作用。北京、天津、河北廊坊都力求借助于進出機場的巨大客貨、信息和資金流發(fā)展本地經(jīng)濟,于是就出現(xiàn)了大興新航城、廊坊空港都市區(qū)的規(guī)劃方案。如此雷同的臨空經(jīng)濟區(qū)規(guī)劃必將造成土地資源的極大浪費,另外產(chǎn)業(yè)的同質(zhì)化將有可能導致惡性競爭并致使區(qū)域發(fā)展乏力。 本文將從樞紐機場、臨空經(jīng)濟與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟相互作用的基本理論入手,研究樞紐機場對于區(qū)域交通、產(chǎn)業(yè)、空間的全面影響,選取傳統(tǒng)臨空經(jīng)濟圈層外圍的城鎮(zhèn)空間作為研究對象,試圖全面闡述樞紐機場建設對其產(chǎn)生的各種潛在影響。舉一反三,深入地理解樞紐機場對區(qū)域的輻射影響。
[Abstract]:In the process of modern economic development, due to the integration of the global economy and the intensification of market competition, improving the production efficiency and circulation rate of products has become an important factor in the development of industry. Industry has more stringent requirements for the operational efficiency of the transport system. As the fastest transport carrier in modern transportation mode, air transport can provide very favorable competitive conditions for the economic activities with strong time constraint. As a result, the role of air transport in modern economic activities has become increasingly unique and important. In the case of international hubs in some developed countries, they are no longer merely a transport infrastructure for the exchange of people and goods. And it is also an important carrier to promote the flow of information and capital. Therefore, the airport has evolved into an important spatial polar core that can stimulate the industrial development in the surrounding areas, and through the radiative development corridor. The influence of the air front diffuses radiation and goes deep into the hinterland of the region, which has a positive influence on the regional industrial spatial distribution and industrial structure composition, and finally realizes the regional coordinated development. Although the previous studies on the radiation effects of hub airports involve both space and industry, they seem to have their own shortcomings. In the past, most of the studies only focused on the airport within 30 kilometers of the economic impact of the area, that is, the common concept of the empty port area, airport economic zone, aviation city and so on. These can only be regarded as the micro-area of the impact of the hub airport radiation. The spatial impact of the hub airport on the hinterland is obviously lack of research. The existing research only expounds the coupling interaction between airport economy and regional economy from the ideal point of view, neglecting the blindness that all administrative bodies want to divide the hub dividend in the actual industrial planning. The construction of the second airport of the capital is imminent. It will play a very important role in the social and economic development, industrial structure upgrading, infrastructure construction and employment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Beijing, Tianjin. Langfang, Hebei Province, has made every effort to develop the local economy with the help of huge passengers and goods, information and capital flows in and out of the airport. The planning scheme of Langfang Airport Metropolitan District. Such a similar planning of the aerial economic zone will cause a great waste of land resources, and the homogenization of industry will lead to vicious competition and weak regional development. This paper will start with the basic theory of the interaction of hub airport, air-front economy and regional economy, and study the overall influence of hub airport on regional traffic, industry and space. This paper selects the urban space around the economic circle of the traditional air front as the research object, and tries to expound all kinds of potential effects of the construction of the hub airport on it. Understand the radiation impact of the hub airport on the region.
