【摘要】：二十一世紀(jì)是一個(gè)提倡可持續(xù)發(fā)展與綠色環(huán)保的世紀(jì),但隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,我國(guó)城市交通問(wèn)題以及由此引發(fā)的環(huán)境問(wèn)題日益凸顯,已成為影響城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一大因素,這一現(xiàn)狀在我國(guó)部分大城市表現(xiàn)明顯。而對(duì)于發(fā)展相對(duì)較慢的中小城市,如何吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),避免重蹈覆轍,走出一條可持續(xù)的交通發(fā)展道路成為比較緊迫的問(wèn)題。在此情形下,如何重新定義并發(fā)展綠色交通,成為理論與工作實(shí)踐中研究的方向。本文通過(guò)對(duì)綠色交通理論和案例的研究,結(jié)合淄博市臨淄區(qū)城市交通發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題與困境,緊密聯(lián)系當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際,對(duì)做好綠色交通方面的工作提出了相關(guān)的對(duì)策與建議,為臨淄城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出了交通方面的具體措施。論文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。其中,第三章、第四章、第五章是論文的研究重點(diǎn)。第一章是緒論部分,闡明了選題的背景和緣由、研究的目的、研究的內(nèi)容和流程。第二章是課題的理論研究基礎(chǔ),分析研究了綠色交通的含義,國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,總結(jié)了發(fā)展綠色交通的意義,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市交通的模式進(jìn)行了梳理。第三章從宏觀、中觀和微觀三個(gè)層面對(duì)影響我國(guó)中小城市交通的因素進(jìn)行了分析。第四章是在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了我國(guó)中小城市綠色交通發(fā)展的對(duì)策,并對(duì)其適用性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。第五章是以淄博市臨淄區(qū)為例,應(yīng)用前章研究結(jié)果制定了具體而系統(tǒng)的綠色交通發(fā)展方案。第六章為論文結(jié)語(yǔ)。
[Abstract]:Twenty-first Century is an advocate of sustainable development and the green century, but with the rapid development of economy, the traffic problems in our city and the environmental problems become increasingly prominent, has become a major factor affecting the sustainable development of the city, the current situation in our country of big city is obvious. For developing relatively slow small and medium-sized cities, how to learn lessons and avoid repeating the same mistakes and get out of a sustainable road of transportation development has become an urgent problem. In this case, how to redefine and develop green traffic has become a research direction in theory and work practice. Based on the research of green transportation theory and case, combined with a variety of problems and difficulties of the city of Linzi District of Zibo city traffic development, closely linked to local reality, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for green transportation work proposed for Linzi city's sustainable development and puts forward some concrete measures for traffic. The paper is divided into six chapters. The third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the key points of the thesis. The first chapter is the introduction part, which clarifies the background and reasons of the topic, the purpose of the study, the content and process of the research. The second chapter is the theoretical research foundation of the subject. It analyzes the meaning of green transportation, the development status at home and abroad, summarizes the significance of developing green transportation, and sorts out the modes of urban transportation at home and abroad. The third chapter analyzes the factors which affect the traffic of small and medium cities in China from three layers of macro, medium and micro. The fourth chapter, on the basis of the previous research, puts forward the Countermeasures of green traffic development in small and medium cities in China, and evaluates its applicability. The fifth chapter takes the Linzi District of Zibo as an example, and uses the results of the previous chapter to formulate a specific and systematic green transportation development plan. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the thesis.
