【摘要】：世界產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整下，再加上世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展趨勢加速，每個(gè)企業(yè)之間的競爭漸漸的激烈起來。這樣的競爭環(huán)境下，讓企業(yè)之間的競爭關(guān)鍵成為了物流供應(yīng)鏈間的協(xié)作和競爭。企業(yè)的有限資源需要放在重要業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域上應(yīng)用，，這樣一來，就能夠提高企業(yè)的核心競爭能力，因此企業(yè)將非核心的業(yè)務(wù)外包也都近在眼前，這樣的情況下，物流外包就產(chǎn)生了。同時(shí)，物流外包的服務(wù)業(yè)也強(qiáng)烈地推動(dòng)了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，因?yàn)樗�服�?wù)更加專業(yè)化、高效化和一體化。對(duì)于物流外包動(dòng)因，國內(nèi)外的學(xué)術(shù)界也都開展了系統(tǒng)深入的理論性研究，也有了很大的突破和進(jìn)展。但是很多的研究結(jié)果還在理論分析的階段上，特別是在結(jié)合國內(nèi)企業(yè)實(shí)際的研究上還需要更進(jìn)一步，促使或制約國內(nèi)企業(yè)考慮物流業(yè)務(wù)外包的因素的實(shí)證研究還是不夠充分。所以，就非常需要在揭示物流外包機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上，將國內(nèi)企業(yè)實(shí)際以及中國的國情結(jié)合起來，來進(jìn)行國內(nèi)企業(yè)物流外包的主要?jiǎng)右蚣捌渲萍s因素的分析和挖掘，這樣就有利于對(duì)物流外包企業(yè)和物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商提供一些參考。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)查詢法以及定性分析和定量分析、理論分析和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法，借鑒物流外包等前沿理論，在對(duì)影響制造企業(yè)選擇物流外包伙伴的各種因素進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上，構(gòu)建制造企業(yè)選擇物流外包伙伴的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,以某企業(yè)為例對(duì)企業(yè)物流外包合作伙伴進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，并闡述了對(duì)其他企業(yè)的啟示與借鑒之處。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment of world industrial structure and economic structure, and the acceleration of global economic globalization, the competition between each enterprise is becoming more and more fierce. In such a competitive environment, the key to competition between enterprises becomes the cooperation and competition between logistics supply chains. The limited resource of the enterprise needs to be applied in the important business field, thus, it can improve the core competitive ability of the enterprise, therefore, the enterprise will also be in front of the non-core business outsourcing, in which case, the logistics outsourcing will come into being. At the same time, logistics outsourcing services also strongly promote the development of the global economy, because its services are more specialized, efficient and integrated. For the motivation of logistics outsourcing, domestic and foreign academic circles have also carried out systematic and in-depth theoretical research, and have also made great breakthrough and progress. But many research results are still in the stage of theoretical analysis, especially in combination with the actual research of domestic enterprises still need to go further, and the empirical research that impedes or restricts domestic enterprises to consider the factors of logistics outsourcing is not sufficient. Therefore, on the basis of revealing the mechanism of logistics outsourcing, it is very necessary to combine the reality of domestic enterprises and the national conditions of China to analyze and excavate the main causes and constraints of logistics outsourcing of domestic enterprises. This will be conducive to logistics outsourcing enterprises and logistics service providers to provide some reference. This paper adopts the methods of literature inquiry, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, and draws lessons from the frontier theories of logistics outsourcing. Based on the analysis of various factors affecting the selection of logistics outsourcing partners by manufacturing enterprises, the evaluation index system of manufacturing enterprises' selection of logistics outsourcing partners is constructed, and a comprehensive evaluation of logistics outsourcing partners is carried out by taking a certain enterprise as an example. And elaborated to other enterprises the enlightenment and the reference place.
