【摘要】：我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)在經(jīng)歷了幾十年的高速增長(zhǎng)之后，呈現(xiàn)出增速放緩的趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)在這一時(shí)期適時(shí)提出了著力發(fā)展新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)。新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)是不同于過去任何一個(gè)國(guó)家、任何一個(gè)歷史時(shí)期的城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)，對(duì)我國(guó)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展必將產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。河南省應(yīng)抓住歷史機(jī)遇，順應(yīng)時(shí)代趨勢(shì)，制定長(zhǎng)久的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，大力推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)。 本文通過對(duì)國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)及河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)背景的分析，提出了我國(guó)進(jìn)行新型城鎮(zhèn)化的戰(zhàn)略意義，隨后進(jìn)一步的對(duì)河南省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的剖析，得出進(jìn)行形象城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)是河南省發(fā)展的必然要求，在提出具體措施前，借鑒了其他各國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化即我國(guó)其他省份新型城鎮(zhèn)化的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)除了城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的一般啟示，最后提出了河南省進(jìn)行新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的合理建議。 本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是，，在新的神話背景下，河南省推進(jìn)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的必要性及筆者對(duì)河南省進(jìn)行新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的合理建議。本文主要內(nèi)容為六個(gè)部分： 第一部分是緒論，主要分析了本文研究的經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)背景，從國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)、國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀及河南省社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。并簡(jiǎn)單介紹了本文所應(yīng)用的研究方法，包括比較分析法、歸納分析法、演繹分析法等。另外還包括相關(guān)文件綜述及研究中的創(chuàng)新與不足。 第二部分相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)，本章從城市、城鎮(zhèn)、城鎮(zhèn)化等基本概念出發(fā)，分析研究了城鎮(zhèn)化形成的原因、世界各國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化類型等，并簡(jiǎn)單介紹我國(guó)各個(gè)時(shí)期的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，總結(jié)出我國(guó)進(jìn)行城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中存在的不足之處。重點(diǎn)介紹了我國(guó)要堅(jiān)持的新型城鎮(zhèn)化的內(nèi)涵。 第三部分描述了河南省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的歷史及現(xiàn)狀，在肯定了河南省城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)取得一定進(jìn)步的同時(shí)，重點(diǎn)分析了河南省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)行中存在的問題。 第四部分在第三部分的基礎(chǔ)上，分別從多個(gè)方面對(duì)河南省進(jìn)行城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的必要性，既有宏觀把握，也有微觀描述，是我們認(rèn)識(shí)到推行新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)是勢(shì)在必行，大勢(shì)所趨。 第五部分主要對(duì)發(fā)展城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)相對(duì)較好的國(guó)家如英國(guó)、美國(guó)、日本、拉美等國(guó)和我國(guó)蘇錫常、成都等地區(qū)的發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了分析，從而總結(jié)出了先進(jìn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)為下一部分提出合理意見奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 第六部分則是對(duì)河南省進(jìn)行城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)提出了一些合理化的建議，是本文中重要章節(jié)。
[Abstract]:China's economy has experienced decades of high-speed growth, showing a trend of slowing growth. In this period, our country put forward to develop new urbanization construction. The construction of new-type urbanization is different from any country in the past. The construction of urbanization in any historical period will have a profound impact on the social and economic development of our country. Henan Province should seize the historical opportunity, conform to the trend of the times, formulate a long-term development strategy and vigorously promote the construction of new urbanization. Based on the analysis of the international, domestic and Henan economic background, this paper puts forward the strategic significance of the new urbanization in China, and then further analyzes the present situation of urbanization in Henan Province in detail. It is concluded that the construction of image urbanization is the inevitable requirement of the development of Henan Province. Before putting forward concrete measures, the author draws lessons from the advanced experience of other countries' urbanization, that is, the new urbanization in other provinces of China, and summarizes the general enlightenment of the process of urbanization. Finally, the reasonable suggestions for the construction of new-type urbanization in Henan Province are put forward. The main content of this paper is: under the new mythological background, the necessity of promoting the new urbanization in Henan Province and the reasonable suggestions of the author for the construction of the new urbanization in Henan Province. The main contents of this paper are six parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly analyzes the economic and social background of this paper, from the international economy, domestic economic situation and Henan Province social and economic development status of three aspects. And briefly introduces the research methods used in this paper, including comparative analysis, inductive analysis, deductive analysis and so on. In addition, it also includes the summary of relevant documents and the innovation and insufficiency in the research. The second part of the related concepts and theoretical basis, this chapter from the city, urbanization and other basic concepts, analysis of the formation of urbanization, the types of urbanization around the world, and so on. It also briefly introduces the development of urbanization in various periods of our country, and summarizes the deficiencies in the construction of urbanization in China. This paper mainly introduces the connotation of new-type urbanization that our country should insist on. The third part describes the history and present situation of the new urbanization in Henan Province, while affirming the progress of the urbanization construction in Henan Province, it analyzes emphatically the problems existing in the process of urbanization in Henan Province. The fourth part on the basis of the third part, respectively from many aspects of the necessity of urbanization in Henan Province, both macro-grasp and micro-description, is that we realize that the implementation of new urbanization is imperative, the trend of the times. The fifth part mainly analyzes the development patterns of the countries with relatively good urbanization, such as Britain, the United States, Japan, Latin America and China, such as Su Xichang and Chengdu. Thus summed up the advanced experience for the next part of the reasonable advice laid the foundation. The sixth part puts forward some reasonable suggestions on urbanization construction in Henan Province, which is an important chapter in this paper.
