【摘要】：中央政府和地方政府在節(jié)能減排過(guò)程中的博弈日漸加劇,本文構(gòu)建演化博弈模型對(duì)中央政府和地方政府之間相互作用時(shí)的策略選擇行為進(jìn)行分析,研究表明,為使地方政府積極完成減排指標(biāo),需要建立市場(chǎng)機(jī)制和目標(biāo)責(zé)任制相結(jié)合的制度系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The game between central government and local government in the process of energy saving and emission reduction is becoming more and more serious. In this paper, the evolutionary game model is constructed to analyze the strategy choice behavior of the interaction between central government and local government. In order to make the local government fulfill the emission reduction target actively, it is necessary to establish a system of market mechanism and target responsibility system.
