【摘要】：當(dāng)前，我國能源形勢趨向緊張，而在世界范圍內(nèi)，為應(yīng)對能源緊張和氣候的變化，可再生能源技術(shù)和節(jié)能產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展。發(fā)光二極管（Light Emitting Diode，LED）照明作為新一代的照明技術(shù)，有著優(yōu)秀的節(jié)能特性，使得照明節(jié)能的潛力大大增強(qiáng)。而合同能源管理（Energy Management Contract，EMC）這種起源于西方的全新節(jié)能體制，在我國政府的大力支持下，得到了快速的發(fā)展，結(jié)合LED技術(shù)，使得照明節(jié)能有著光明的前景。 本文通過對合同能源管理模式及LED照明技術(shù)的研究，分析LED節(jié)能照明運(yùn)用在合同能源管理模式下的優(yōu)勢、特點(diǎn)以及細(xì)分市場的應(yīng)用前景。從節(jié)能服務(wù)公司的角度分析我國節(jié)能照明EMC項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)及發(fā)展趨勢，梳理節(jié)能照明項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)施流程。 本文在設(shè)定的條件下，建立了節(jié)能收益分享型照明EMC項(xiàng)目的收益與支出模型，用來項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性及盈虧預(yù)測，對于節(jié)能服務(wù)公司在項(xiàng)目前期的方案比選、項(xiàng)目決策有著實(shí)際的指導(dǎo)意義。通過成功項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際案例，分析節(jié)能照明項(xiàng)目的具體操作流程、項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)以及需注意的事項(xiàng)。 本文通過對照明節(jié)能項(xiàng)目的研究，，結(jié)合我國市場的特點(diǎn)，分析并闡述節(jié)能照明項(xiàng)目中的各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的手段。通過分析我國合同能源管理的現(xiàn)狀，從政府及節(jié)能服務(wù)公司兩個(gè)方面分別提出推進(jìn)照明EMC項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的建議，并對我國節(jié)能照明EMC項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展做出展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the energy situation of our country tends to be tense, but in the world, in order to cope with the energy shortage and climate change, the renewable energy technology and the energy saving industry develop rapidly. As a new generation of lighting technology, Light emitting Diode (LED) lighting has excellent energy-saving characteristics, which greatly enhances the potential of lighting energy saving. And Energy Management contract EMCs, a new energy saving system that originated in the West, has developed rapidly with the support of our government, combining with LED technology. Based on the research of contract energy management mode and LED lighting technology, this paper analyzes the advantages, characteristics and application prospects of LED energy-saving lighting in contract energy management mode. From the perspective of energy-saving service company, this paper analyzes the characteristics and development trend of EMC project of energy-saving lighting in China, combs the concrete implementation flow of energy-saving lighting project. The income and expenditure model of energy-saving revenue-sharing lighting EMC project is established, which is used to predict the economic feasibility and profit and loss of the project. It has practical guiding significance for the project decision-making of the energy-saving service company in the early stage of the project. Through the actual case of the successful project, this paper analyzes the concrete operation flow, the key points and the matters needing attention of the energy-saving lighting project. Through the research of the lighting energy saving project, this paper combines the characteristics of our country's market. Analyze and expound all kinds of risk and risk control means in energy-saving lighting project. Based on the analysis of the current situation of contract energy management in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the development of lighting EMC project from two aspects of government and energy-saving service company, and looks forward to the development of energy-saving lighting EMC project in China.
