【摘要】：城鄉(xiāng)一體化是現(xiàn)代化進程中的重要一環(huán)，當(dāng)前，走城鄉(xiāng)一體化道路是我國打破城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟社會結(jié)構(gòu)，實現(xiàn)全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求，是從根本上解決“三農(nóng)”問題的有力途徑,中國共產(chǎn)黨作為執(zhí)政黨，是社會主義事業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心，代表先進生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展方向，對我國城鄉(xiāng)一體化在理論和實踐上都進行了適時探索與創(chuàng)新，制定了我國走城鄉(xiāng)一體化的重大方針政策，同時對如何推進和實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化做出了重要部署，在理論上和實踐上都取得了重要成果。 本文分析了中國共產(chǎn)黨提出城鄉(xiāng)一體化的現(xiàn)實依據(jù)與理論淵源，分析了黨提出城鄉(xiāng)一體化的客觀必然性和規(guī)律性，城鄉(xiāng)一體化是解決我國城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)的有效途徑，有利于實現(xiàn)社會的安定與和諧，構(gòu)建和諧社會，城鄉(xiāng)一體化也體現(xiàn)了科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的內(nèi)涵，是我們黨根據(jù)世情、國情、黨情提出的正確方針政策。對黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的城鄉(xiāng)一體化理論與實踐成果進行了分析與評述，，分析了改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨城鄉(xiāng)一體化的理論成果，包括以鄧小平為核心的黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體對城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系的理論探索，以江澤民為核心的黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體關(guān)于城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的理論成果，以胡錦濤為核心的黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體和十八大以來的城鄉(xiāng)一體化的理論新成果。對改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨城鄉(xiāng)一體化的實踐進行了整理與分析，分析了我國城鄉(xiāng)一體化的現(xiàn)行狀況，總結(jié)了黨在推進城鄉(xiāng)一體化進程中的成功經(jīng)驗，也認識到了黨在城鄉(xiāng)一體化進程中的理論不足及其在實踐中的局限，認清黨在推進城鄉(xiāng)一體化進程中存在的問題，分析問題的原因，最后針對問題對進一步推進城鄉(xiāng)一體化提出了新的路徑。對推進城鄉(xiāng)一體化的作出進一步思考，針對我國現(xiàn)有城鄉(xiāng)一體化進程中存在的問題，針對性地提出應(yīng)對措施，探究城鄉(xiāng)一體化的新路徑，具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義，以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo)，兼顧效率與公平，穩(wěn)定有序地推進城鄉(xiāng)一體化。
[Abstract]:Urban and rural integration is an important link in the process of modernization. At present, it is the inherent requirement of our country to break the dual economic and social structure of urban and rural areas, to realize comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, and to take the road of urban-rural integration. The CPC, as the ruling party, is the leading core of the socialist cause and represents the direction of the development of the advanced productive forces. This paper explores and innovates the theory and practice of urban-rural integration in China, formulates the major principles and policies of urban-rural integration in China, and makes important arrangements on how to promote and realize urban-rural integration. Important achievements have been made both in theory and in practice. This paper analyzes the realistic basis and theoretical origin of the Communist Party of China's proposal of urban-rural integration, and analyzes the objective inevitability and regularity of the Party's proposal of urban-rural integration, which is an effective way to solve the dual structure of China's urban and rural areas. It is beneficial to realize social stability and harmony and construct harmonious society. The integration of urban and rural areas also embodies the connotation of the scientific development view and is the correct principle and policy put forward by our party according to the world situation, the national conditions and the party's feelings. This paper analyzes and comments on the theoretical and practical achievements of urban-rural integration under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and analyzes the theoretical achievements of the urban-rural integration of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up. Including the theoretical exploration of the relationship between urban and rural areas by the leading collective of the party with Deng Xiaoping as the core, and the theoretical achievements of the collective leadership of the party with the core of Jiang Zemin on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. Hu Jintao as the core of the Party's leadership and the 18 th National Congress of the integration of urban and rural theoretical results. This paper analyzes the practice of the integration of urban and rural areas of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up, analyzes the current situation of the integration of urban and rural areas in China, and summarizes the successful experience of the Party in the process of promoting the integration of urban and rural areas. Recognizing the theoretical deficiencies of the Party in the process of urban-rural integration and its limitations in practice, recognizing the problems existing in the process of promoting the integration of urban and rural areas, and analyzing the causes of the problems, Finally, a new way to further promote the integration of urban and rural areas is put forward. In view of the problems existing in the process of urban-rural integration in China, it is of great practical significance to put forward corresponding measures and explore the new path of urban-rural integration. Guided by the concept of scientific development, the integration of urban and rural areas is promoted in a stable and orderly manner, taking both efficiency and fairness into account.
