HC鋼材物流園區(qū)平面布局規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:物流園區(qū)作為現代物流發(fā)展到一定程度的產物,是現代物流體系的重要組成部分。但是,目前國內鋼材物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃和建設同其他類型的物流園區(qū)一樣,過度追求規(guī)模和形象,功能區(qū)劃分不夠合理,平面布局不夠科學,往往導致運營階段設施設備能力不匹配、利用率過低等問題。科學合理地進行物流園區(qū)平面布局規(guī)劃對提高物流園區(qū)內部作業(yè)效率和外部物流網絡的整體運作水平具有重要的意義。 (1)在分析國內外物流園區(qū)建設發(fā)展情況的基礎上,闡述了物流園區(qū)平面布局規(guī)劃的內涵及意義,歸納梳理了物流園區(qū)平面布局規(guī)劃的基本步驟。 (2)運用兩階段法對HC鋼材物流園區(qū)鋼材分擔量進行預測,針對商貿型鋼材物流園區(qū)項目,第一階段采用彈性系數法和灰色預測法分別對地區(qū)鋼材消費需求總量進行預測,組合預測出地區(qū)鋼材消費需求總量;第二階段基于市場營銷學吸引力模型構建HC鋼材物流園區(qū)市場份額模型,確定指標權重和評價對象指標值,測算出HC鋼材物流園區(qū)市場份額,在此基礎上得到HC鋼材物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃年份鋼材分擔量預測值。 (3)通過系統(tǒng)分析,對HC鋼材物流園區(qū)總體功能定位、具體功能設計和功能分區(qū)并求出各功能分區(qū)面積:基于改進的SLP方法,在分析各功能分區(qū)物流關系和非物流關系以及用Tompkins法平面布局時加入約束條件,結合各功能分區(qū)面積更便捷合理地獲取HC鋼材物流園區(qū)平面布局方案。
[Abstract]:As a product of modern logistics development, logistics park is an important part of modern logistics system. However, at present, the planning and construction of domestic steel logistics parks, like other types of logistics parks, excessive pursuit of scale and image, the division of functional areas is not reasonable, and the layout of plane is not scientific enough. Often lead to the operational phase of facilities and equipment capacity mismatch, low utilization rate and other problems. It is of great significance to plan the layout of the logistics park scientifically and reasonably to improve the efficiency of operation and the overall operation level of the external logistics network. 1) on the basis of analyzing the development of logistics park construction at home and abroad, this paper expounds the connotation and significance of the layout planning of logistics park, and summarizes the basic steps of layout planning of logistics park. (2) using two-stage method to forecast the share of steel in HC steel logistics park. For the project of commercial steel logistics park, the elastic coefficient method and grey forecasting method are used in the first stage to forecast the total amount of steel consumption demand in the region, respectively. In the second stage, based on the attraction model of marketing, the market share model of HC steel logistics park is constructed, and the index weight and evaluation object index value are determined. The market share of HC steel logistics park is calculated, and the predicted value of steel share in the planning year of HC steel logistics park is obtained. 3) through systematic analysis, the overall function orientation, specific function design and functional partition of HC steel logistics park are analyzed and the area of each functional zone is calculated: based on the improved SLP method, In the analysis of each functional zoning logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship as well as the Tompkins method of plane layout constraints are added and combined with each functional zoning area to obtain a more convenient and reasonable plan of HC steel logistics park plane layout.
