【摘要】：受城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速的影響，大量農(nóng)民工從農(nóng)村進(jìn)入城市。農(nóng)民工雖然在城市工作、生活，他們卻不能和城市居民享有同等的社會(huì)福利制度、公共服務(wù)、發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)，不能真正融入城市社會(huì)。遼寧省已采取一系列政策、措施加強(qiáng)對(duì)城市農(nóng)民工的管理，以促進(jìn)城市農(nóng)民工的社會(huì)融入。但現(xiàn)有的管理模式已不能適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展和農(nóng)民工自身發(fā)展的需求。近年來，中國政府大力推進(jìn)社會(huì)管理創(chuàng)新。本文從社會(huì)管理創(chuàng)新的角度出發(fā)，綜合運(yùn)用社會(huì)管理創(chuàng)新理論、人力資本、社會(huì)資本等相關(guān)理論，對(duì)遼寧省城市農(nóng)民工的社會(huì)融入狀況進(jìn)行研究。本文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面展開進(jìn)行闡述： 第一，遼寧省城市農(nóng)民工社會(huì)融入的狀況，通過查閱相關(guān)資料、發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷及實(shí)地訪談等途徑對(duì)遼寧省城市農(nóng)民工的基本情況進(jìn)行了解，并分別從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、心理三個(gè)層面對(duì)農(nóng)民工的社會(huì)融入情況展開了實(shí)證分析，最終發(fā)現(xiàn)遼寧省城市農(nóng)民工的社會(huì)融入狀況較差，處于一種想融入?yún)s又受到諸多限制而不能融入的尷尬境地。 第二，影響遼寧省城市農(nóng)民工社會(huì)融入的因素分析，將影響城市農(nóng)民工社會(huì)融入的因素分為農(nóng)民工自身層面的因素和外部層面的因素，借助SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)工具，運(yùn)用Logistic回歸分析和交互分析，得出影響城市農(nóng)民工社會(huì)融入的自身層面的因素為農(nóng)民工的年齡、收入水平、居住狀況、人力資本和社會(huì)資本，同時(shí)還分析了外部層面因素如戶籍制度、社會(huì)保障制度、教育制度及城市居民對(duì)城市農(nóng)民工社會(huì)融入的影響。 第三，社會(huì)管理創(chuàng)新視域下促進(jìn)遼寧省城市農(nóng)民工社會(huì)融入的策略，，主要包括政府管理理念創(chuàng)新、管理制度創(chuàng)新、管理方式創(chuàng)新，非盈利組織管理創(chuàng)新、社區(qū)組織管理創(chuàng)新，農(nóng)民工采取措施來增強(qiáng)自身人力資本和社會(huì)資本等。 研究過程中，基于社會(huì)管理創(chuàng)新和促進(jìn)城市農(nóng)民工社會(huì)融入的視角，對(duì)遼寧省農(nóng)民工的社會(huì)融入問題進(jìn)行分析，為促進(jìn)該省城市農(nóng)民工的快速融入提出針對(duì)性強(qiáng)的對(duì)策和理論指導(dǎo)。但研究過程中也存在一些不足，如調(diào)查范圍有限，數(shù)據(jù)收集的不夠充分等，為今后繼續(xù)深入研究提供了機(jī)會(huì)。
[Abstract]:Affected by the rapid development of urban economy, a large number of migrant workers from the countryside into the city. Although migrant workers work and live in cities, they cannot enjoy the same social welfare system, public services and development opportunities as urban residents, and cannot truly integrate into urban society. Liaoning Province has adopted a series of policies and measures to strengthen the management of urban migrant workers in order to promote the social integration of urban migrant workers. However, the existing management model can not meet the needs of social development and migrant workers themselves. In recent years, the Chinese government has vigorously promoted social management innovation. From the angle of social management innovation, this paper studies the social integration of urban migrant workers in Liaoning Province by using the theory of social management innovation, human capital, social capital and other relevant theories. This article mainly from the following several aspects to carry on the elaboration: First, the social integration of urban migrant workers in Liaoning Province, through the access to relevant information, questionnaires and field interviews to understand the basic situation of urban migrant workers in Liaoning Province, and from the economic, social, Finally, the author finds that the social integration of urban migrant workers in Liaoning Province is poor and is in an awkward situation where they want to be integrated but are restricted by many restrictions. Secondly, the factors influencing the social integration of urban migrant workers in Liaoning Province are analyzed. The factors that affect the social integration of urban migrant workers are divided into the factors of migrant workers' own level and the external level factors, with the help of SPSS17.0 statistical tools. By using Logistic regression analysis and interactive analysis, the author draws a conclusion that the factors affecting the social integration of urban migrant workers are their age, income level, living condition, human capital and social capital. At the same time, it analyzes the influence of external factors such as household registration system, social security system, education system and urban residents on the social integration of urban migrant workers. Thirdly, the strategies to promote the social integration of urban migrant workers in Liaoning Province from the perspective of social management innovation, including government management concept innovation, management system innovation, management innovation, non-profit organization management innovation, community organization management innovation. Migrant workers take measures to strengthen their own human capital and social capital. In the research process, based on the innovation of social management and the perspective of promoting the social integration of urban migrant workers, the social integration of migrant workers in Liaoning Province is analyzed. In order to promote the rapid integration of urban migrant workers in the province put forward targeted countermeasures and theoretical guidance. However, there are also some shortcomings in the research process, such as limited scope of investigation and insufficient data collection, which provides an opportunity for further research in the future.
