【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中的重要組成部分，是解決經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中諸多結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾的關(guān)鍵之所在。近些年來，我國(guó)工業(yè)化在突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展，城鎮(zhèn)化步伐也開始提速。2012年底，我國(guó)的城鎮(zhèn)化率雖已達(dá)到了0.525，但是與世界平均水平相比還是有很大的差距。目前，內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化水平已經(jīng)達(dá)到0.577，高于同期全國(guó)平均水平，但是并不代表內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)實(shí)際城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量高于全國(guó)平均，我區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中依然存在城鎮(zhèn)化水平虛高、城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展不平衡、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等一系列問題，，對(duì)此，我們應(yīng)該反思，我區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程應(yīng)如何推進(jìn)。本文通過對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化概況的描述，分析出內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)新型城鎮(zhèn)化存在的問題及原因之所在，通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城鎮(zhèn)化模式的學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒，得出內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)要想得到全面發(fā)展應(yīng)走新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路，最后通過對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路做SWOT分析，提出一系列對(duì)策建議，希望能對(duì)我家鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)自己一份微薄的力量。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an important part of China's modernization process and the key to solve many structural contradictions in economic and social development.In recent years, China's industrialization is developing by leaps and bounds, and the pace of urbanization has begun to speed up. At the end of 2012, China's urbanization rate has reached 0.525, but compared with the world average level, there is still a big gap.At present, the level of urbanization in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has reached 0.577, which is higher than the national average level in the same period, but it does not mean that the actual urbanization quality of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region is higher than the national average.There are still a series of problems in the process of urbanization, such as the high level of urbanization, the unbalanced development of cities and towns, the unreasonable industrial structure, and so on. In view of this, we should reflect on how to advance the process of urbanization in our region.By describing the general situation of urbanization in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the new urbanization in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and through the study and reference of the urbanization model at home and abroad,It is concluded that the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region should take a new urbanization road in order to develop in an all-round way. Finally, through the SWOT analysis of the new urbanization road of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Hope to contribute to the development of my hometown own a modest strength.
