【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是伴隨著工業(yè)化進(jìn)程和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的一種經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象。黨的十八大全方位論述了城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)問題的重要性,明確要求以改善需求結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化為重點(diǎn),著力解決制約經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的重大結(jié)構(gòu)性問題,并提出了促進(jìn)工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化同步發(fā)展和“城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量明顯提高”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。在新型城鎮(zhèn)化的時(shí)代背景下,本文基于以往國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于城鎮(zhèn)化與金融發(fā)展關(guān)系的研究,提出了深入探究我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程與保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展互動機(jī)制這一命題。本文的研究以我國35個大中城市2001-2011年的數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建聯(lián)立方程模型,利用3SLS方法探究了保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化的互動關(guān)系。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,無論是采用固定效應(yīng)模型還是三階段最小二乘法,保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的良好發(fā)展可以參與到城鎮(zhèn)化中并促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)程,發(fā)揮其特有的社會保障、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的功能；反之,城鎮(zhèn)化水平的提高也會拉動該地區(qū)對保險(xiǎn)的需求,從而帶動保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。城鎮(zhèn)化與保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展二者之間存在著互動的正向影響機(jī)制。該結(jié)論對我國有著重要的參考意義。一方面,監(jiān)管當(dāng)局可以通過政策、法規(guī)上的改革,充分發(fā)揮保險(xiǎn)資金期限長、存量大的優(yōu)勢,使之更多地參與到城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中來,推動城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程；另一方面,我國保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)也應(yīng)充分利用城鎮(zhèn)化帶來的紅利,把握住機(jī)遇,為城鎮(zhèn)化保駕護(hù)航的同時(shí)也擴(kuò)大自身的發(fā)展規(guī)模、提高自身的發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an economic phenomenon that comes with the process of industrialization and economic development.The 18th National Congress of the Party discussed the importance of urbanization construction in all directions, and made it clear that the emphasis should be on improving the structure of demand, optimizing the industrial structure, promoting regional coordinated development, and promoting urbanization.This paper tries to solve the major structural problems that restrict the sustained and healthy development of economy, and puts forward the strategic goal of promoting industrialization, informatization, urbanization, agricultural modernization and "obviously improving the quality of urbanization".Under the background of new urbanization, based on the previous research on the relationship between urbanization and financial development at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the proposition of deeply exploring the interactive mechanism between urbanization and the development of insurance industry in China.The empirical results show that the good development of insurance industry can participate in the urbanization and promote the process of urbanization, and play its special function of social security and risk management, no matter the fixed effect model or the three-stage least square method is adopted.Conversely, the increase of urbanization level will also stimulate the demand for insurance in the region, thus driving the further development of the insurance industry.There is a positive influence mechanism between urbanization and insurance industry development.This conclusion has important reference significance to our country.On the one hand, through the reform of policies and regulations, the regulatory authorities can give full play to the advantages of the long term and large stock of insurance funds, so that they can participate more in the construction of urbanization and promote the process of urbanization; on the other hand,China's insurance industry should also make full use of the dividend brought by urbanization, seize the opportunity to protect the urbanization, but also expand its own development scale, improve its development level.
