【摘要】：運用CNKI、Web of Science和Cite Space III文獻分析工具,針對近十年來關(guān)于"中國保障性住房"為主題的中外文獻,從發(fā)展歷程、期刊分布、研究熱點等方面進行計量化分析。研究顯示,中外文獻在我國保障性住房研究熱點上主要涵蓋住房制度、保障房住區(qū)和經(jīng)驗借鑒等方面,雖然呈現(xiàn)出大致吻合的趨勢,但差異性也不容忽視。以此為基點,對這些熱點問題的研究內(nèi)容、深度與差異性展開深入分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),中外文文獻對中國能保障性住房研究尚處于研究的初級階段,出現(xiàn)保障對象的定義不準,缺乏持續(xù)跟蹤研究與相關(guān)措施和建議的評估等問題。
[Abstract]:By using the tools of Science and Cite Space III literature analysis, this paper makes a quantitative analysis on the Chinese and foreign literature on the topic of "affordable housing in China" in the past ten years from the aspects of development process, periodical distribution, research hotspot and so on. Chinese and foreign literatures mainly cover housing system, indemnificatory apartment residential area and experience reference in the research hot spots of affordable housing in China. Although there is a trend of approximate agreement, the differences can not be ignored. Through the in-depth analysis of the research content, depth and difference of these hot issues, it is found that the research on affordable housing in China in Chinese and foreign literature is still in the initial stage of study, and the definition of the guarantee object is not correct. Lack of continuous follow-up research and evaluation of related measures and recommendations.
