【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,在房地產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷壯大的同時(shí),人才流失的問(wèn)題在房地產(chǎn)業(yè)中也愈加嚴(yán)重,因此,人才流失問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)也嚴(yán)重地影響了企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的將來(lái)仍將迅猛發(fā)展,人力資源問(wèn)題必將會(huì)成為房地產(chǎn)業(yè)所研究的核心問(wèn)題,在企業(yè)發(fā)展中也有著舉足輕重的作用,所以,企業(yè)如果想在如此競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中求得生存和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展,解決人才流失問(wèn)題的對(duì)策也會(huì)成為各企業(yè)人力資源管理的一個(gè)重要目標(biāo)。本研究采用的研究方法有:文獻(xiàn)收集、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談法,分析北京YASUDA房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公司2012年的人才流失數(shù)據(jù)等方式,對(duì)北京YASUDA房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公司人才流失問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入的研究,研究的具體內(nèi)容如下:首先,介紹北京Yasuda房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公司的概況。其次,針對(duì)北京Yasuda房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公的人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀,指出該公司人力資源管理系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,及對(duì)公司造成的影響。人才流失不僅影響北京YASUDA房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公司的組織穩(wěn)定性,還影響了北京YASUDA房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公司的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。最后,根據(jù)北京Yasuda房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公司人力資源的管理現(xiàn)狀,問(wèn)題及影響,提出合理的解決措施。本文的研究對(duì)象是北京Yasuda房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公司,為有效地解決北京YASUDA房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公司的人才流失問(wèn)題,作者經(jīng)過(guò)研究和總結(jié)后提出了一些建設(shè)性的建議,例如:在企業(yè)管理的過(guò)程中從把好招聘緩解這一關(guān)開(kāi)始入手,建立完善的薪酬管理體系,增加公司對(duì)員工的系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)實(shí)踐,完善企業(yè)的激勵(lì)制度:對(duì)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)要提高認(rèn)知,盡可能地幫助員工轉(zhuǎn)變他們自身的思維模式。這樣才有利于公司健康長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)地發(fā)展,能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)起到一個(gè)良好的支撐作用,在工作中也為其它的企業(yè)可以借鑒。本課題的研究的目的就是在于穩(wěn)定和壯大北京Yasuda房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公司的員工隊(duì)伍,促進(jìn)北京YASUDA房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)紀(jì)有限公司長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the market economy in our country, the problem of brain drain is becoming more and more serious in the real estate industry while the real estate industry is growing. The emergence of brain drain has also seriously affected the competitiveness of enterprises. The real estate industry will continue to develop rapidly in the future, and human resources will become the core issue of the real estate industry. It also plays an important role in the development of enterprises. Therefore, if enterprises want to survive and develop in such a competitive market environment, The countermeasures to solve the problem of brain drain will also become an important target of human resource management in various enterprises. The research methods adopted in this study are: literature collection, questionnaire survey and interview, By analyzing the data of the brain drain of Beijing YASUDA Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd in 2012, this paper makes an in-depth study on the problem of the brain drain of Beijing YASUDA Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. The specific contents of the study are as follows: first of all, This paper introduces the general situation of Beijing Yasuda Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. Secondly, according to the present situation of human resource management of Beijing Yasuda Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd, it points out the problems in the human resource management system of Beijing Yasuda Real Estate broker Co. The brain drain not only affects the organizational stability of Beijing YASUDA Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd., but also affects the long-term development of Beijing YASUDA Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. Finally, According to the current situation, problems and influence of human resources management in Beijing Yasuda Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd., the paper puts forward some reasonable solutions. The object of this paper is Beijing Yasuda Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. In order to effectively solve the brain drain problem of Beijing YASUDA Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd., the author puts forward some constructive suggestions after studying and summarizing, for example, in the process of enterprise management, we should start with good recruitment and ease the problem. Establish a perfect salary management system, increase the company's systematic training practice to the employees, perfect the incentive system of the enterprise, improve the cognition of the construction of the enterprise culture, Help employees to change their own thinking patterns as much as possible. Only in this way can the company develop healthily in the long term and play a good supporting role in the business of the enterprise.
