【摘要】:保護(hù)環(huán)境、節(jié)約資源成為21世紀(jì)各國的重要使命,對于制藥企業(yè)來說,“高投入、高消耗、高污染”的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營模式已不適應(yīng)當(dāng)代綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,所以,制藥企業(yè)的綠色化建設(shè)已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。另外,隨著企業(yè)競爭日益激烈,很多企業(yè)試圖從物流角度尋找突破口,而物流作為制藥企業(yè)運(yùn)營成本的重要組成部分,已引起了相當(dāng)大的重視。物流中心是連接供應(yīng)鏈的供貨點(diǎn)和需求點(diǎn),在物流體系中起著關(guān)鍵作用。如何對制藥企業(yè)進(jìn)行合理的物流中心選址,成為制藥企業(yè)和眾多學(xué)者的一個研究方向,F(xiàn)階段,我國制藥企業(yè)發(fā)展良莠不齊,市場管理比較落后,其物流中心也存在選址不合理、功能不健全的問題。在已有的研究中,對于物流中心或制藥企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究比較多,但針對制藥企業(yè)物流中心選址這一個特定課題的研究并不多見,一些關(guān)于制藥企業(yè)物流中心選址的研究中并沒有考慮到企業(yè)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),而僅僅考慮制藥企業(yè)定量因素的分析,所以這一領(lǐng)域的研究還處于不成熟的階段。本文結(jié)合制藥企業(yè)的特殊性以及制藥行業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的問題,在綠色供應(yīng)鏈的基礎(chǔ)上,對制藥企業(yè)物流中心選址進(jìn)行了的分析。本文首先介紹供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下醫(yī)藥制造行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,并對制藥企業(yè)物流中心選址的要求進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析:其次,在綠色供應(yīng)鏈的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了制藥企業(yè)物流中心選址的原則,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)的影響因素分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立綠色供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下制藥企業(yè)物流中心選址的評價指標(biāo)體系;再次,在對常用的物流中心選址方法進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,確定FAHP-DEA模型作為本文的物流中心選址的工具,該模型同時考慮了物流中心選址的定量因素與定性因素,可對評價指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行較為客觀地分析,將對選址方案作出更加合理科學(xué)的判斷;最后,本文通過虛擬案例的計算與分析,說明了模型的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Protecting the environment and saving resources has become an important mission of all countries in the 21st century. For pharmaceutical enterprises, the production and operation mode of "high input, high consumption and high pollution" has not adapted to the development of the contemporary green economy, so, In addition, with the increasingly fierce competition, many enterprises try to find a breakthrough from the perspective of logistics, and logistics as an important part of the operating costs of pharmaceutical enterprises, The logistics center is the supply point and demand point connecting the supply chain, and plays a key role in the logistics system. It has become a research direction for pharmaceutical enterprises and many scholars. At present, the development of pharmaceutical enterprises in our country is uneven, the market management is relatively backward, and the logistics center has the problems of unreasonable location and unsound function. There are many researches on the development strategy of logistics center or pharmaceutical enterprise, but the research on the location of logistics center of pharmaceutical enterprise is rare. Some researches on the location of logistics center of pharmaceutical enterprises do not take into account the characteristics of enterprises' development, but only consider the quantitative factors of pharmaceutical enterprises. Therefore, the research in this field is still in the immature stage. This paper combines the particularity of pharmaceutical enterprises and the problems facing the development of pharmaceutical industry, on the basis of green supply chain, This paper first introduces the current situation of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the supply chain environment, and analyzes the requirements of the location of pharmaceutical logistics center in detail. Secondly, on the basis of green supply chain, This paper expounds the principles of logistics center location in pharmaceutical enterprises, and analyzes the related factors. On this basis, the evaluation index system of logistics center location for pharmaceutical enterprises under the environment of green supply chain is established. Based on the analysis of common logistics center location methods, the FAHP-DEA model is determined as the tool of logistics center location in this paper, and the quantitative and qualitative factors of logistics center location are considered in this model at the same time. The evaluation index system can be analyzed objectively, and a more reasonable and scientific judgment will be made on the site selection scheme. Finally, the practicability of the model is illustrated by the calculation and analysis of the virtual case.
