重慶BY小貸公司經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)化方案研究

【摘要】:重慶BY小額貸款公司成立于2010年,是重慶市最早一批試點(diǎn)成立的小貸公司之一。從最初成立時(shí)的注冊(cè)資金1億元,資產(chǎn)管理規(guī)模不足1.5億元,到2015年底注冊(cè)資金8億元,資產(chǎn)管理規(guī)模達(dá)16億元,BY小貸公司用5年時(shí)間走過(guò)了一條跨越式發(fā)展的道路。然而,隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài)發(fā)展模式,小貸公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)逐漸出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,主要表現(xiàn)為由于中小微企業(yè)大量破產(chǎn)倒閉,小貸公司貸款不良率急劇上升,加上外源融資通道不暢,使得經(jīng)營(yíng)難以為繼。BY小貸公司受此大環(huán)境影響,也出現(xiàn)了諸多類(lèi)似問(wèn)題,如何通過(guò)內(nèi)部革新以適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)大環(huán)境的變革,走上一條可持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)的道路,是擺在BY小貸公司管理層面前亟待解決的課題,也是本文需要著重研究的重點(diǎn)。本文從研究國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于小額信貸理論和實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)入手,簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)述小額信貸作為國(guó)家普惠金融發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略組成部分的重要性,說(shuō)明小額信貸未來(lái)發(fā)展是受到政策鼓勵(lì)和支持的。接著,運(yùn)用PEST分析方法,剖析政策環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境以及技術(shù)條件等因素對(duì)BY公司經(jīng)營(yíng)的影響,明確BY小貸公司經(jīng)營(yíng)中面臨的機(jī)遇、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用波特五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論和SEEP財(cái)務(wù)比率分析法,通過(guò)對(duì)BY公司貸款品種、風(fēng)控手段、財(cái)務(wù)狀況、融資渠道等經(jīng)營(yíng)核心內(nèi)容分析,解析經(jīng)營(yíng)困境所在。最后,針對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)中存在的問(wèn)題,提出各方面優(yōu)化改進(jìn)方案,以及為保障優(yōu)化措施能順利落地,而提出經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)化的保障措施,以期BY小貸公司能跨越發(fā)展障礙,走上一條健康的可持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)之路。
[Abstract]:Chongqing by Microloan Company was established in 2010 and is one of the earliest small loan companies in Chongqing. From its initial registered capital of 100 million yuan, asset management scale of less than 150 million yuan, to the end of 2015 registered capital of 800 million yuan. The asset management scale of 1.6 billion yuan by small loan companies has gone through a leapfrog development road in five years. However, as the Chinese economy enters the new normal development mode, the management of small loan companies has gradually appeared problems. Mainly because of a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises going bankrupt and closing down, the loan failure rate of small and medium-sized loan companies has risen sharply, and the external financing channels are not free, which makes it difficult to operate. By small loan companies are affected by this big environment, and there are many similar problems. How to adapt to the change of economic environment through internal innovation and take the path of sustainable management is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in front of the management of by small loan company. This paper begins with the domestic and foreign experiences on microfinance theory and practice, and briefly comments on the importance of microfinance as a part of the national inclusive financial development strategy. It shows that the future development of microfinance is encouraged and supported by policies. Then, by using PEST analysis method, this paper analyzes the influence of policy environment, economic environment, social environment and technical conditions on the operation of by Company. This paper makes clear the opportunities, risks, advantages and disadvantages faced by by small loan companies in operation. On this basis, by using Porter's five-force competition theory and SEEP financial ratio analysis, the paper makes use of the variety of loans, the means of risk control and the financial situation of by Company. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the operation, the paper puts forward the optimization and improvement scheme in all aspects, and puts forward the safeguard measures for the operation optimization to ensure the smooth landing of the optimization measures. Hope that by small loan companies can surmount the obstacles to development, on a healthy and sustainable management road.
