【摘要】：本文通過實證考察官員交流配置對外商投資的影響,分析中國內部區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差距、外商投資及政府組織人力資本配置三者的內在聯(lián)系�；�1992-2010年的省區(qū)面板數(shù)據(jù),本文實證發(fā)現(xiàn)官員交流對地區(qū)的外商投資規(guī)模具有顯著的影響;這種影響具有明顯的區(qū)域異質性,針對沿海省區(qū)的官員流動顯著降低地方外商投資規(guī)模,而針對內地省區(qū)的官員流動顯著地提高了地方外商投資規(guī)模。本文進一步實證發(fā)現(xiàn)官員交流影響外商投資的作用機制,主要源于經(jīng)驗的流動與匹配效應,而經(jīng)驗效應所產(chǎn)生的影響程度又因官員所具有的晉升激勵程度而異。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the gap of regional economic development in China through empirical investigation of the impact of official exchange and allocation on foreign investment. The internal relationship between foreign investment and human capital allocation of government organization. Based on the data of provincial panel from 1992 to 2010. This paper finds that the exchange of officials has a significant impact on the scale of foreign investment in the region; This kind of influence has obvious regional heterogeneity, aiming at the official flow of coastal provinces and regions, the scale of local foreign investment is significantly reduced. However, the flow of officials in mainland provinces has significantly improved the scale of local foreign investment. This paper further empirical found that official exchange affects the role of foreign investment mechanism, mainly from the flow of experience and matching effect. And the influence degree of the experience effect varies with the promotion incentive degree of the official.
