【摘要】：通過美國政府對越南政策的轉(zhuǎn)變,以及革新開放以后越南經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,特別是2000年兩國簽訂的《越美貿(mào)易協(xié)定》以及之后的生效,給了兩國貨物貿(mào)易合作的極大動力,雙邊貨物貿(mào)易額上升幅度顯著。同時(shí)越南對美國的貨物貿(mào)易逐漸深化,越南非常有可能與美國進(jìn)行自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定談判,那么越南將成為美國在東南亞地區(qū)的下一個目標(biāo)。美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬確立了5個新興市場,越南是其中一國�？梢哉f,在21世紀(jì),越南對美國會不斷擴(kuò)大貨物貿(mào)易的合作的,提高商品競爭力,推動貨物貿(mào)易合作朝多元化、深層次的方向發(fā)展。本文共分為五個部分,第一部分主要介紹美越貨物貿(mào)易的發(fā)展背景和創(chuàng)新之處；第二部分主要是越南對美貨物出口發(fā)展的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),包括比較優(yōu)勢理論對越美貨物出口的意義和競爭優(yōu)勢理論對越美貨物出口的啟示,還有越南對美貨物出口的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),越南對美貨物出口的資源條件和產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ),越南對美貨物出口的政治基礎(chǔ)和社會條件；第三部分是越南對美貨物出口發(fā)展的階段、特點(diǎn)和問題,包括越美貨物貿(mào)易發(fā)展階段,越南對美出口的主要特點(diǎn),越南對美出口的主要問題及展望；第四部分是貨物出口效應(yīng)分析,通過對美越雙方貨物貿(mào)易的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)量分析經(jīng)濟(jì)增長效應(yīng)和就業(yè)效應(yīng)。第五部分是發(fā)展越美貨物貿(mào)易的對策建議,包括政府對策,行業(yè)對策,企業(yè)對策,通過數(shù)量分析對越美貨物貿(mào)易中存在的各種問題進(jìn)行細(xì)致的分析,并給出了針對性極強(qiáng)的政策建議,具有相當(dāng)?shù)默F(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Through the transformation of the US government's policy towards Vietnam and the rapid economic development of Vietnam after the reform and opening up, especially the signing of the Vietnam-US Trade Agreement in 2000 and its subsequent entry into force, this has given great impetus to the cooperation in goods trade between the two countries. The volume of bilateral trade in goods rose significantly. At the same time, Vietnam's goods trade with the United States is deepening, Vietnam is very likely to negotiate a free trade agreement with the United States, then Vietnam will be the next target of the United States in Southeast Asia. Vietnam is one of five emerging markets established by US President Barack Obama. It can be said that in the 21st century, Vietnam will continue to expand cooperation in goods trade with the United States, improve the competitiveness of goods, and promote the development of cooperation in goods trade in the direction of diversification and depth. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the development background and innovation of the goods trade between the United States and Vietnam. The second part is mainly about the theoretical basis and practical basis of the development of Vietnam's goods export to the United States, including the significance of comparative advantage theory to Vietnam's goods export and the enlightenment of the theory of competitive advantage to Vietnam's goods export. There is also the realistic basis of Vietnam's goods export to the United States, the resource and industrial basis of Vietnam's goods export to the United States, and the political and social conditions of Vietnam's export of goods to the United States. The third part is the development stage, characteristics and problems of Vietnam's goods export to the United States, including the development stage of Vietnam's goods trade, the main characteristics of Vietnam's exports to the United States, and the main problems and prospects of Vietnam's exports to the United States. The fourth part is the analysis of the effect of goods export, through quantitative analysis of economic growth effect and employment effect on the relevant data of goods trade between the United States and Vietnam. The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of goods trade in Vietnam, including government countermeasures, industry countermeasures, enterprise countermeasures, and detailed analysis of various problems existing in the goods trade in Vietnam through quantitative analysis. And has given the extremely pertinence extremely strong policy suggestion, has the quite realistic significance.
