【摘要】：貿易逆差又稱“貿易赤字”,英文稱Unfavorable Balance Of Trade。反映的是國與國之間的商品貿易狀況,也是判斷宏觀經濟運行狀況的重要指標。貿易逆差對于每個國家的經濟發(fā)展來說是一個嚴重的問題而需要研究、提出措施。越中貿易逆差一直以來都是越中雙邊關系的熱點,同時也是越南政府、越南媒體高度關注的問題。關于中越貿易逆差問題以及措施,目前越南國內學者還沒有對其進行深入的研究。大部分的研究只停留在越中貿易關系、越中貿易逆差狀況等。本人作為在中國越南留學生,有機會近距離,同時觀察越南和中國經濟發(fā)展。愿意為促進越中貿易盡綿薄之力。本文的研究目的是研究越南和中國之間的貿易關系,著重分析現存的困境,特別是研究越中貿易逆差問題。通過研究,尋找越中貿易產生的根源、影響因素和發(fā)展趨勢。同時,根據越南計劃與投資部的數據,分析來自中國的貿易逆差的原因。從而提出政策措施以遏制貿易赤字,增加對貿易盈余的平衡出口,以促進越中貿易長期合作和發(fā)展,并推動越中兩國貿易關系進一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The trade deficit is also called "trade deficit", says Unfavorable Balance of Of Trade. English reflects the status of commodity trade between nations, but also an important indicator to judge the macroeconomic situation. The trade deficit for each country's economic development is a serious problem and need to be studied, and put forward measures of trade deficit has been more. Since it is hot in the bilateral relations, but also the government of Vietnam, Vietnamese media attention problems. On the Sino Vietnamese trade deficit problem and measures the current Vietnamese domestic scholars have no in-depth study of. Most studies only stay in the trade relationship, trade deficit situation more. I as a student born in Chinese Vietnam, have a chance to close at the same time, to observe the economic development of Vietnam and Chinese. Willing to contribute to promote the trade. The purpose of this study is to Study on the trade relations between Vietnam and Chinese, focuses on the analysis of the existing difficulties, especially on the trade deficit problem. Through the research, find the root cause of the problem in more trade, influencing factors and development trend. At the same time, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of planning and investment data, analysis of the reasons from the China trade deficit. Thus put forward policy measures to curb the trade deficit, increase exports to the balance of trade surplus, in order to promote the long-term trade cooperation and development, and promote the further development of the trade relations between the two countries.
