【摘要】：貿(mào)易逆差又稱“貿(mào)易赤字”,英文稱Unfavorable Balance Of Trade。反映的是國(guó)與國(guó)之間的商品貿(mào)易狀況,也是判斷宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行狀況的重要指標(biāo)。貿(mào)易逆差對(duì)于每個(gè)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展來說是一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的問題而需要研究、提出措施。越中貿(mào)易逆差一直以來都是越中雙邊關(guān)系的熱點(diǎn),同時(shí)也是越南政府、越南媒體高度關(guān)注的問題。關(guān)于中越貿(mào)易逆差問題以及措施,目前越南國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者還沒有對(duì)其進(jìn)行深入的研究。大部分的研究只停留在越中貿(mào)易關(guān)系、越中貿(mào)易逆差狀況等。本人作為在中國(guó)越南留學(xué)生,有機(jī)會(huì)近距離,同時(shí)觀察越南和中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。愿意為促進(jìn)越中貿(mào)易盡綿薄之力。本文的研究目的是研究越南和中國(guó)之間的貿(mào)易關(guān)系,著重分析現(xiàn)存的困境,特別是研究越中貿(mào)易逆差問題。通過研究,尋找越中貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生的根源、影響因素和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。同時(shí),根據(jù)越南計(jì)劃與投資部的數(shù)據(jù),分析來自中國(guó)的貿(mào)易逆差的原因。從而提出政策措施以遏制貿(mào)易赤字,增加對(duì)貿(mào)易盈余的平衡出口,以促進(jìn)越中貿(mào)易長(zhǎng)期合作和發(fā)展,并推動(dòng)越中兩國(guó)貿(mào)易關(guān)系進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The trade deficit is also called "trade deficit", says Unfavorable Balance of Of Trade. English reflects the status of commodity trade between nations, but also an important indicator to judge the macroeconomic situation. The trade deficit for each country's economic development is a serious problem and need to be studied, and put forward measures of trade deficit has been more. Since it is hot in the bilateral relations, but also the government of Vietnam, Vietnamese media attention problems. On the Sino Vietnamese trade deficit problem and measures the current Vietnamese domestic scholars have no in-depth study of. Most studies only stay in the trade relationship, trade deficit situation more. I as a student born in Chinese Vietnam, have a chance to close at the same time, to observe the economic development of Vietnam and Chinese. Willing to contribute to promote the trade. The purpose of this study is to Study on the trade relations between Vietnam and Chinese, focuses on the analysis of the existing difficulties, especially on the trade deficit problem. Through the research, find the root cause of the problem in more trade, influencing factors and development trend. At the same time, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of planning and investment data, analysis of the reasons from the China trade deficit. Thus put forward policy measures to curb the trade deficit, increase exports to the balance of trade surplus, in order to promote the long-term trade cooperation and development, and promote the further development of the trade relations between the two countries.
