【摘要】：本文從產業(yè)經(jīng)濟、產業(yè)發(fā)展、戰(zhàn)略分析以及戰(zhàn)略措施選擇的角度研究衡南縣新型工業(yè)化,對衡南縣加快推進新型工業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的進程及存在問題和原因以及優(yōu)勢和機會進行了科學分析與論證,提出了衡南縣在加快推進新型工業(yè)化進程中戰(zhàn)略的優(yōu)化選擇和戰(zhàn)略突破重點。論文的主體分別從緒論、新型工業(yè)化理論與評價體系、衡南縣新型工業(yè)化水平測定、衡南縣新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析、衡南縣新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略這五大塊展開研究論證,其中重點突出衡南縣新型工業(yè)化水平測定和該地區(qū)新型工業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略分析和優(yōu)化選擇。衡南縣新型工業(yè)化水平測定一章,重點闡述了本文采用的評價指標體系的設置原則、構建該指標體系的方法以及衡南縣新型工業(yè)化水平測定結果。衡南縣新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相關內容具體包括:衡南縣新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略指導思想;衡南縣新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的目標;相應的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展原則;發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的突破點;并分析得出衡南縣新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的路徑優(yōu)化選擇。本論文廣泛參考了國內外相關工業(yè)化著作和論文,在吸收這些理論、思路、方法與實踐經(jīng)驗的精華的基礎上,結合衡南縣具體工業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、環(huán)境分析和戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃等總結論證而成。論文立足于新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展的最新成果,全面、系統(tǒng)地分析研究新型工業(yè)化的理論思想、原則和戰(zhàn)略目標,力求從新的視角審視衡南縣新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展的必要性和重要性并提出相應對策,對衡南縣走新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展道路具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和指導意義。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the new industrialization in Hengnan County from the angle of industrial economy, industrial development, strategic analysis and the choice of strategic measures. This paper makes a scientific analysis and demonstration on the process, existing problems, reasons, advantages and opportunities of speeding up the new industrial development strategy in Hengnan County. This paper puts forward the strategic optimization choice and strategic breakthrough focus of Hengnan County in speeding up the process of promoting new industrialization. The main body of the paper respectively from the introduction, new industrialization theory and evaluation system, Hengnan County new industrialization level measurement, Hengnan County new industrialization development strategy environment analysis, Hengnan new industrialization development strategy of the five blocks of research and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on the determination of the new industrialization level in Hengnan County and the analysis and optimization of the new industrialization strategy in this area. In the chapter of the determination of the new industrialization level in Hengnan county, the setting principles of the evaluation index system adopted in this paper, the method of constructing the index system and the measuring results of the new industrialization level in Hengnan county are expounded. The related contents of the new industrialization development strategy in Hengnan County include: the guiding ideology of the new industrialization development strategy in Hengnan County, the goal of the new industrialization development strategy in Hengnan County, the corresponding strategic development principle, the breakthrough point of the development strategy; And the analysis of Hengnan County new industrialization development strategy path optimization choice. This paper extensively refers to the relevant industrialization works and papers at home and abroad. On the basis of absorbing the essence of these theories, ideas, methods and practical experiences, this paper combines the specific industrial development situation of Hengnan County. Environmental analysis and strategic planning are summarized and demonstrated. Based on the latest achievements in the development of new-type industrialization, the thesis comprehensively and systematically analyzes and studies the theoretical thoughts, principles and strategic objectives of new-type industrialization. This paper tries to examine the necessity and importance of the new industrialization development in Hengnan county from a new angle of view and put forward corresponding countermeasures, which has important practical and guiding significance for Hengnan County to take the road of new industrialization development.
