MD公司計(jì)劃排程系統(tǒng)實(shí)施研究

【摘要】:中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,必然需要中國制造業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,而信息化正是促進(jìn)中國制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要手段之一。通過實(shí)施APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling)系統(tǒng),可有效提升企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈計(jì)劃管理水平,提高運(yùn)營效率,增加企業(yè)盈利,促進(jìn)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級。然而APS對國內(nèi)企業(yè)來說還比較陌生,成功案例很少,因此選擇一套先進(jìn)的APS系統(tǒng),掌握正確的實(shí)施策略和方法至關(guān)重要。本文以MD公司計(jì)劃排程系統(tǒng)實(shí)施案例為研究對象,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論分析了APS系統(tǒng)所涵蓋的業(yè)務(wù)范疇,總結(jié)了針對業(yè)務(wù)問題的主要解決方案和實(shí)施方法,說明了實(shí)施計(jì)劃排程系統(tǒng)的重要意義。首先,本文分析了MD公司計(jì)劃排程系統(tǒng)發(fā)展過程、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和主要問題,并對計(jì)劃排程系統(tǒng)發(fā)展歷史、主要概念作了簡要介紹,同時(shí)也介紹了計(jì)劃排程系統(tǒng)在國內(nèi)外的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和前沿發(fā)展方向。接著,對MD公司計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)當(dāng)前主要問題,按照計(jì)劃管理業(yè)務(wù)流程和模塊的思路逐一進(jìn)行剖析,分析了當(dāng)前問題現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)生原因及其可改善機(jī)會,并結(jié)合ORACLE APS產(chǎn)品,分別闡述主要業(yè)務(wù)流程和關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)解決方案。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對APS系統(tǒng)實(shí)施方法和過程進(jìn)行分析,闡述計(jì)劃排程項(xiàng)目的一般實(shí)施方法和項(xiàng)目管理方法,提出計(jì)劃排程系統(tǒng)實(shí)施關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)及其對業(yè)務(wù)的挑戰(zhàn),特別指出APS系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,絕不是一蹴而就,必須不斷優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程和提高基礎(chǔ)管理水平。最后,對項(xiàng)目預(yù)期收益、當(dāng)前局限性和不足進(jìn)行總結(jié)說明,并對MDAPS系統(tǒng)未來發(fā)展和下一步工作方向進(jìn)行展望和建議。
[Abstract]:The transformation and upgrading of Chinese economy will inevitably require the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry, and informatization is one of the important means to promote the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry. By implementing the Advanced and scheduling system, the supply chain planning management level of the enterprise can be improved effectively, the operation efficiency can be improved, the profit of the enterprise can be increased, and the transformation and upgrade of the enterprise can be promoted. However, APS is relatively unfamiliar to domestic enterprises, and there are few successful cases, so it is very important to choose an advanced APS system and to master the correct implementation strategies and methods. This paper takes the implementation case of plan scheduling system of MD Company as the research object, analyzes the business category covered by the APS system, and summarizes the main solutions and implementation methods for the business problems. The significance of implementing the scheduling system is explained. First of all, this paper analyzes the development process, application status and main problems of the planning scheduling system in MD Company, and briefly introduces the history and main concepts of the planning scheduling system. At the same time, it also introduces the application status and the forward development direction of the planning scheduling system at home and abroad. Then, the main problems of MD planning system are analyzed one by one according to the idea of planning management business process and module, and the present situation of the problems, the causes and the improvement opportunities are analyzed, and the Oracle APS products are combined. The main business processes and key business solutions are described respectively. On this basis, the implementation method and process of APS system are analyzed, the general implementation method and project management method of planned scheduling project are expounded, and the key points of implementation of planning scheduling system and its challenges to business are put forward. It is pointed out in particular that the implementation of APS system is by no means accomplished overnight. It is necessary to continuously optimize the business process and improve the basic management level. Finally, the expected income, current limitations and shortcomings of the project are summarized, and the future development and future work direction of the MDAPS system are prospected and proposed.
