【摘要】：隨著中國對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)投入的不斷加大,智能型輸配電產(chǎn)品在電力行業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用和電力設(shè)備制造業(yè)科學(xué)管理理念的深入發(fā)展,環(huán)網(wǎng)柜制造行業(yè)作為一個(gè)電力設(shè)備生產(chǎn)制造的支柱型行業(yè),正在蓬勃發(fā)展。隨著我國環(huán)網(wǎng)柜生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對(duì)現(xiàn)代化管理制度不斷的研究探索和用戶對(duì)于輸配電用電安全可靠需求的不斷提高,環(huán)網(wǎng)柜制造業(yè)將日趨走向成熟和穩(wěn)健發(fā)展,技術(shù)管理和生產(chǎn)管理在企業(yè)發(fā)展中的重要性將更加突出。本文重點(diǎn)采用理論分析、管理建模、企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析、系統(tǒng)實(shí)例應(yīng)用等一系列研究方法,分析和研究某環(huán)網(wǎng)柜制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理和技術(shù)管理的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題、相互之間的關(guān)系,并通過環(huán)網(wǎng)柜產(chǎn)品生命周期在產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)和企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)中的管理建模及相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的具體分析,揭示了技術(shù)管理與生產(chǎn)管理在企業(yè)現(xiàn)代化管理中的集成關(guān)系。本文為環(huán)網(wǎng)柜制造廠家提供了現(xiàn)代化管理理論的科學(xué)模型,對(duì)國內(nèi)眾多的電力設(shè)備生產(chǎn)制造廠家,怎樣更科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的進(jìn)行技術(shù)管理、生產(chǎn)管理,并讓二者相互促進(jìn),具有重要意義。 現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中,生產(chǎn)管理、技術(shù)管理是兩個(gè)既獨(dú)立又互相促進(jìn)的關(guān)鍵要素。本文從生產(chǎn)管理、技術(shù)管理的理論基礎(chǔ)入手,分析了近年來技術(shù)管理和生產(chǎn)管理國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,從歷史淵源和發(fā)展近況等方面闡述了二者在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中的地位；搜集了生產(chǎn)管理、技術(shù)管理在環(huán)網(wǎng)柜制造企業(yè)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),通過對(duì)二者在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中的作用分析,找出了生產(chǎn)管理、技術(shù)管理中存在的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的解決辦法；結(jié)合管理學(xué)理論和環(huán)網(wǎng)柜制造企業(yè)的管理實(shí)踐,建立了生產(chǎn)管理、技術(shù)管理的相關(guān)管理模型,利用該模型研究了提高管理效率的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)措施和管理措施,利用模型找出了技術(shù)管理、生產(chǎn)管理的相互對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,并將這些技術(shù)措施和管理措施應(yīng)用于環(huán)網(wǎng)柜生產(chǎn)企業(yè)中的管理實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:With the increasing investment in power system infrastructure in China, the wide application of intelligent transmission and distribution products in the power industry and the in-depth development of scientific management concept of power equipment manufacturing industry. As a pillar industry of power equipment manufacturing, ring-net cabinet manufacturing industry is booming. With the continuous research and exploration of modern management system and the increasing demand of users for the safety and reliability of power transmission and distribution, the manufacturing industry of ring network cabinets will become more mature and stable. Technology management and production management will be more important in the development of enterprises. In this paper, a series of research methods, such as theoretical analysis, management modeling, enterprise status analysis, system application and so on, are used to analyze and study the current situation and problems of production management and technology management in a ring network cabinet manufacturing enterprise. The relationship between each other, and through the ring cabinet product life cycle in the product data management system and enterprise resource planning system management modeling and related data specific analysis, The integration relationship between technology management and production management in modern enterprise management is revealed. This paper provides the scientific model of modern management theory for the manufacturers of ring net cabinets, how to carry out the technical management, the production management and the mutual promotion of the two kinds of power equipment manufacturers in our country, how to carry on the technical management, the production management more scientifically, and let the two promote each other, It is of great significance. In modern enterprises, production management and technology management are two key elements which are independent and mutually promote each other. Starting with the theoretical basis of production management and technology management, this paper analyzes the research status of technology management and production management at home and abroad in recent years, and expounds their status in modern enterprise management from the aspects of historical origin and development. This paper collects the relevant data of production management and technology management in the manufacturing enterprises of ring net cabinets, through the analysis of their functions in the production process of modern enterprises, finds out the problems existing in the production management and technology management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. Combined with the management theory and the management practice of the ring net cabinet manufacturing enterprises, the relevant management models of production management and technology management are established, and the key technical measures and management measures to improve the management efficiency are studied by using this model. The corresponding relationship between technology management and production management is found out by using the model, and these technical measures and management measures are applied to the management practice in the production enterprises of ring net cabinets.
