【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和發(fā)展模式以消耗大量的資源和破壞環(huán)境為代價(jià),在全球環(huán)境污染日益嚴(yán)重的形勢(shì)下,倡導(dǎo)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展已成為新時(shí)代條件下企業(yè)變革與發(fā)展方向的大勢(shì)所趨。 內(nèi)蒙古資源豐富,有著大量的土地資源、礦產(chǎn)資源、森林資源、草地資源和動(dòng)植物資源。然而,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展使得生態(tài)環(huán)境面臨的形勢(shì)非常嚴(yán)峻,因此,研究?jī)?nèi)蒙古工業(yè)“三廢”排放、制定循環(huán)型綠色發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)生態(tài)與經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會(huì)、文化的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)蒙古生態(tài)文明建和工業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文結(jié)合內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)“三廢”的排放現(xiàn)狀,深入研究了可持續(xù)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論,綜合分析了“三廢”的主要影響因素,以內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)各行業(yè)為研究對(duì)象對(duì)其進(jìn)行歸類,最后預(yù)測(cè)了未來內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)“三廢”排放量。 本文對(duì)“三廢”排放以及企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論和各種分析方法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究。對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、工業(yè)“三廢”排放量及工業(yè)“三廢”治理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用主成分分析方法對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古“三廢”排放現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜合分析評(píng)價(jià),得出最近幾年內(nèi)蒙古對(duì)環(huán)境的治理力度遠(yuǎn)不能與污染程度相匹配,內(nèi)蒙古的環(huán)境質(zhì)量惡化嚴(yán)重。運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析進(jìn)行內(nèi)蒙古“三廢”排放的影響因素分析,,得出,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古廢水和廢固的影響最大,煤耗對(duì)工業(yè)廢氣的影響最大,煤耗同時(shí)也對(duì)廢水和廢固有著很大的影響。用聚類分析的方法,對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)各企業(yè)“三廢”排放進(jìn)行行業(yè)分類,根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與污染程度的不同,分為高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益低環(huán)境污染、高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益高環(huán)境污染、中經(jīng)濟(jì)效益高環(huán)境污染、中經(jīng)濟(jì)效益低環(huán)境污染、低經(jīng)濟(jì)效益低環(huán)境污染、低經(jīng)濟(jì)效益高環(huán)境污染6個(gè)類型。運(yùn)用灰色預(yù)測(cè)對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古工業(yè)企業(yè)“三廢”排放量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。根據(jù)上述的研究分析,結(jié)合可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,提出相應(yīng)的建議。
[Abstract]:The traditional mode of enterprise production and development is at the cost of consuming a lot of resources and destroying the environment. Under the situation of global environmental pollution, it has become the trend of the trend of enterprise reform and development to advocate circular economy and sustainable development in the new era.
Inner Mongolia is rich in resources, has a large number of land resources, mineral resources, forest resources, grassland resources and animal and plant resources. However, the economic development makes the situation of the ecological environment very severe. Therefore, the study of the "three wastes" emission of Inner Mongolia industry, the development of a circular green development strategy, and the promotion of ecology and economy, politics, society and culture. The coordinated development is of great practical significance to the realization of Inner Mongolia's ecological civilization and industrial development.
Combined with the current emission status of "three wastes" in Inner Mongolia industry, the paper deeply studies the related theories of sustainable development, analyzes the main influencing factors of the "three wastes", and classifies the industry in Inner Mongolia industry as the research object, and finally predicts the emission of "three wastes" in the future industry of Inner Mongolia industry.
This paper makes a detailed study on the theory of "three wastes" emission and the relevant theories and various analytical methods of the sustainable development of the enterprises. This paper analyzes the economic development of Inner Mongolia, the industrial "three wastes" emission and the status of the industrial "three wastes" treatment, and uses the principal component analysis method to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the current status of the "three wastes" in Inner Mongolia. Inner Mongolia's environmental governance in recent years can not match the pollution level, and the environmental quality of Inner Mongolia is worse. The influence factors of the "three wastes" emission in Inner Mongolia are analyzed by grey correlation analysis. It is concluded that the economic development has the greatest impact on the waste water and waste solid in Inner Mongolia, and the coal consumption has the greatest impact on the industrial waste gas. Coal consumption also has a great influence on waste water and waste. Using cluster analysis, the industrial classification of "three wastes" in Inner Mongolia industrial enterprises is classified. According to the difference between economic benefit and pollution degree, it is divided into high economic efficiency and low environmental pollution, high economic efficiency and high environmental pollution, high environmental pollution in middle economy and economic efficiency. Low environmental pollution, low economic efficiency and low environmental pollution, low economic efficiency and high environmental pollution are 6 types. Grey prediction is used to predict the emission of "three wastes" in Inner Mongolia industrial enterprises. According to the above analysis, the corresponding suggestions are put forward in combination with the theory of sustainable development.
