【摘要】：食品，是人類生活必不可少的組成部分，是人類賴以生存和發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。隨著社會的發(fā)展，人們對于食品的類別和需求量都在不斷增加，這客觀上促進了食品行業(yè)的發(fā)展，食品是人類賴以生存和發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，同時也對食品安全問題提出了更高的要求。食品安全問題是涉及到公民身心健康和人類生計的非常重要的問題，然而當(dāng)前，由于我國的經(jīng)濟正處在轉(zhuǎn)型階段，有些食品企業(yè)為了謀求高額利潤，不管消費者利益，，只為自己牟取暴利，食品行業(yè)出現(xiàn)了大量倫理失范的行為�？傮w來講，我國現(xiàn)階段食品安全的狀況很不樂觀，尤其是中小型的企業(yè),損害消費者利益，威脅公眾生活和身體健康的食品安全問題大量存在，在這種背景下，從經(jīng)濟倫理視角研究食品安全問題顯得越來越重要了。 食品產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分，同時也關(guān)系著千家萬戶的生命健康，但目前存在的食品添加劑技術(shù)濫用、食品污染嚴重、食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營企業(yè)行為失范等問題，已經(jīng)成為影響我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進步社會主義和諧以及對外經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易的一個嚴重問題，食品安全問題被越來越多的人所關(guān)注，在各行各業(yè)中都掀起了熱烈的討論。要解決食品安全問題，不僅需要完善的法律法規(guī)和嚴格的制度監(jiān)管，而且從根源上需要靠道德約束。只有法律與道德共同作用，才可以更好的解決食品安全問題。 本文從經(jīng)濟倫理學(xué)的視角,首先對食品安全的內(nèi)涵和食品安全問題的含義進行了簡單分析，并對當(dāng)前我國食品安全的現(xiàn)狀、食品安全問題及成因也進行了深入的討論，在此基礎(chǔ)上運用經(jīng)濟倫理學(xué)的相關(guān)知識對我國食品安全問題提出針對性的對策。要維護食品的安全，既要尊重生命，也要樹立正確的生命價值觀，提高對食品安全的道德要求，樹立正確的義利觀。
[Abstract]:Food is an indispensable part of human life, is the material basis for human survival and development. With the development of society, the category and demand of food are increasing. This objectively promoted the development of the food industry, food is the material basis for human survival and development. Food safety is a very important issue involving the physical and mental health of citizens and human livelihood. However, at present, the economy of our country is in the transition stage. Some food enterprises in order to seek high profits, regardless of consumer interests, only for their own profits, food industry has a large number of ethical anomie behavior. Generally speaking. The current situation of food safety in China is not optimistic, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, harm the interests of consumers, threaten the public life and health of food safety problems a large number of existing in this context. It is more and more important to study food safety from the angle of economic ethics. Food industry is an important part of our national economy, but also related to the lives and health of thousands of families, but the current existence of food additives technology abuse, food pollution is serious. Food production and management enterprises have become a serious problem affecting the economic development and social progress of our country, socialist harmony and foreign economy and trade. Food safety has been concerned by more and more people and has aroused heated discussion in various industries. In order to solve the problem of food safety, we need not only perfect laws and regulations and strict system supervision. Only when the law and morality work together, the food safety problem can be solved better. From the perspective of economic ethics, this paper first analyzes the connotation of food safety and the meaning of food safety, and the current situation of food safety in China. Food safety problems and their causes are also discussed in depth, on the basis of the use of economic ethics related knowledge of food safety in China to put forward targeted countermeasures. To maintain food safety, we should respect life. We should also set up correct life values, improve the moral requirements of food safety, and establish a correct view of righteousness and profit.
