【摘要】：近年來,隨著物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展與不斷趨于成熟,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)物資倉儲管理迎來了嶄新的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。出于電網(wǎng)企業(yè)建設(shè)智能電網(wǎng)的迫切需求,物資倉儲管理需要達(dá)到一個全新的高度以保障電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的高效運轉(zhuǎn)。因此,如何利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)先進(jìn)的技術(shù)對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)物資倉儲管理研究成為目前電網(wǎng)企業(yè)在物資倉儲管理方面一個重要的課題。 本文在論述物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展及演進(jìn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和分析,包括RFID射頻識別技術(shù)、傳感技術(shù)、RTIL實時定位技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)的挖掘與融合技術(shù)；論述了國內(nèi)外物聯(lián)網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢、發(fā)展瓶頸；總結(jié)了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)物資倉儲管理現(xiàn)狀、問題、發(fā)展趨勢和管理目標(biāo)；對于基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的電網(wǎng)企業(yè)物資倉儲管理進(jìn)行了需求分析、必要性分析和可行性分析,規(guī)劃和設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)的功能模塊,包括接收管理、入庫管理、出庫管理、庫存管理、貨位管理和用戶管理,提出基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的電網(wǎng)企業(yè)物資倉儲管理的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),提出貨位動態(tài)分配優(yōu)化模型,采用Pareto遺傳算法對貨位動態(tài)分配優(yōu)化問題進(jìn)行了求解,提出各環(huán)節(jié)的優(yōu)化優(yōu)化措施與改進(jìn)方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology and mature, warehousing management of power grid enterprises ushered in new opportunities and challenges. For the urgent needs of the power grid enterprises to build smart grid, warehousing management need to reach a new height in order to ensure the efficient operation of electric network enterprises. Therefore, how to use advanced networking studies on the warehousing management of power grid enterprises become the power grid enterprises in warehousing management an important issue.
Based on the discussion of the development of the Internet of things and the evolution of the network, the key technologies are summarized and analyzed on the matter, including RFID technology, sensor technology, RTIL technology and data mining real-time positioning and fusion technology; discusses the current situation and development trend of domestic and foreign things, the bottleneck of the development of power grid enterprises; summarizes the material storage management of the status quo, problems, development trends and management objectives; for IOT based grid enterprises warehousing management has carried on the demand analysis, analysis of the necessity and feasibility analysis, planning and design of the functional modules of the system, including receiving management, warehouse management, warehouse management, inventory management, storage management and user management, the system architecture based on the Internet of things in power grid enterprise warehousing management, proposed location dynamic allocation optimization model, the optimization problem of the dynamic allocation of storage Pareto genetic algorithm The solution is carried out, and the optimization and optimization measures of each link are put forward.
