C公司工程項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)管理的研究
[Abstract]:Throughout the life cycle of an engineering project, the project manager brings together several natural persons or organizations through procurement to work together for the project. The overall goal of the project is closely related to whether or not to purchase, how to purchase, when to purchase and the mode of contract. Therefore, procurement management determines the success or failure of the project. With the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system in China, as well as the improvement and development of the basic systems such as the project bidding and contracting system, the contract management system, the project legal person responsibility system and the construction supervision system, Project procurement and contract management have become the core content of project management, which will have an important impact on the success or failure of project management. More and more people realize that a small oversight and mistake in project procurement and contract management can be costly. A large number of facts have proved that a perfect process and method of project procurement management will be an important work in project management. This paper combs and analyzes the organization, purchasing system and flow of engineering project management in C Company, and combined with typical engineering project management cases, finds out the problems existing in the project procurement management of C Company. At the same time of finding out the problems, the emphasis is on combining the theories of project process management, national regulations and policies, process documents of advanced enterprises in the real estate industry, relevant references, procurement management, contract management and risk management, etc. This paper has completed the analysis and research on the characteristics, program, organization structure, purchasing process and contract management of the engineering project in C Company, and put forward some suggestions for improvement. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: 1) perfecting the purchasing staff and organization, 2) establishing the database of project procurement management, 3) establishing the mechanism of improving the ability of the procurement team continuously; 4) implementing the project procurement milestone control method, 5) optimizing the post procurement evaluation system, 6) developing the risk management tools in the procurement process.
