【摘要】：房地產(chǎn)項目的建安成本占房地產(chǎn)項目總成本的比例是非常高的。因此,對房地產(chǎn)項目的建安成本進行有效的控制,就成為房地產(chǎn)項目開發(fā)過程中必須要解決的問題。本文從房地產(chǎn)項目建安成本的基本構(gòu)成出發(fā)進行論述,分析了房地產(chǎn)項目在建安成本控制方面存在的問題,進而提出了解決問題的具體措施,希望能對房地產(chǎn)項目的建安成本的有效控制起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:The construction cost of real estate project occupies the proportion of total cost of real estate project is very high. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the problem in the process of real estate project development by effectively controlling the cost of real estate project. This paper discusses the basic composition of the construction safety cost of the real estate project, analyzes the problems existing in the construction safety cost control of the real estate project, and then puts forward the concrete measures to solve the problem. Hope to be able to real estate project of the effective control of the cost of construction and play a positive role.
