【摘要】:房地產(chǎn)業(yè)大力推行VIP卡、白金客戶等營(yíng)銷手段,實(shí)質(zhì)就是會(huì)員制營(yíng)銷。但值得注意的是,很多會(huì)員制企業(yè)都沒(méi)有達(dá)到預(yù)期的目的,引人深思,在國(guó)外如火如荼進(jìn)行的會(huì)員制營(yíng)銷是否真的不適合我國(guó)國(guó)情?那么通過(guò)研究會(huì)員制營(yíng)銷的理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合到房地產(chǎn)的實(shí)際,在此基礎(chǔ)上找到符合中國(guó)國(guó)情的會(huì)員制是文章研究的目的。
[Abstract]:Real estate industry vigorously promote VIP card, platinum customers and other marketing means, in essence is membership marketing. But it is worth noting that many membership-based enterprises have not achieved the desired purpose, thought-provoking, in foreign countries in full swing of membership marketing is really not suitable for China's national conditions?
