【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的崛起,特別是房地產(chǎn)的蓬勃發(fā)展,工程進(jìn)度控制作為項(xiàng)目管理中的重要內(nèi)容,直接關(guān)系到工程項(xiàng)目開發(fā)企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和信譽(yù),尤其在商業(yè)地產(chǎn)開發(fā)中,更具有舉足輕重的位置。對(duì)項(xiàng)目施工管理階段進(jìn)度進(jìn)行控制是保證整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)進(jìn)度控制實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要手段,在滿足工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)總進(jìn)度計(jì)劃要求的基礎(chǔ)上,有效協(xié)調(diào)和利用各種資源去實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目控制理目標(biāo)。 本文以進(jìn)度控制的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),采用理論密切聯(lián)系實(shí)際的研究方式,分析了JSG創(chuàng)意園一期工程項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)以及進(jìn)度控制過程中存在的問題,然后在實(shí)際工程施工管理中運(yùn)用進(jìn)度控制的理論和方法,構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目的工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)、確定工作先后關(guān)系和責(zé)任分配矩陣,運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)編制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖和甘特圖。采用S形曲線比較法和掙值分析法對(duì)進(jìn)度控制進(jìn)行檢查和分析,還論述了實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制目標(biāo)的保證措施,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度科學(xué)管理和有效控制。通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度存在的問題進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的定性和定量的分析,提出了改進(jìn)措施。 進(jìn)度控制是項(xiàng)目管理中一個(gè)重要的模塊,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理效果起著關(guān)鍵作用,有著特殊的重要地位與作用,本文的研究可為類似項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rise of China's economy, especially the booming development of real estate, project schedule control, as an important part of project management, is directly related to the economic benefits and reputation of engineering project development enterprises, especially in the commercial real estate development.More important position.To control the progress of the project construction management stage is an important means to ensure the realization of the construction progress control of the whole project. On the basis of satisfying the requirements of the total construction schedule of the project,Effectively coordinate and utilize various resources to achieve project control objectives.Based on the theory of schedule control, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the first phase project of JSG creative park and the problems existing in the process of schedule control.Then the theory and method of schedule control are used in the actual engineering construction management to construct the work breakdown structure of the project, to determine the work priority relation and responsibility distribution matrix, and to compile the project schedule network chart and Gantt chart by using network technology.The S curve comparison method and earned value analysis method are used to check and analyze the progress control, and the guarantee measures to realize the goal of project schedule control are also discussed, so as to realize the scientific management and effective control of the project schedule.Through the deep and detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of the problems existing in the progress of the project, the improvement measures are put forward.Schedule control is an important module in project management, which plays a key role in the effect of project management and has a special important position and role. The research in this paper can provide reference for the progress control of similar projects.
