【摘要】：正近期,保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于金融安全的重要講話精神,在整治保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)亂象、防控行業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)方面采取了一系列舉措,保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)得以迅速調(diào)整,保險(xiǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展取得初步成效。筆者認(rèn)為,目前的市場(chǎng)整頓是十分必要的,治理效果也難能可貴。但是,要想把監(jiān)管者的意志變?yōu)槿�行業(yè)的自覺行為,從根本上鏟除產(chǎn)生市場(chǎng)亂象的土壤,必須加強(qiáng)行業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)文化建設(shè)。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)文化建設(shè)與保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系風(fēng)險(xiǎn)文化主要涵蓋三個(gè)方面內(nèi)容:一是參與者的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí);二是從業(yè)者和
[Abstract]:Recently, the insurance industry has conscientiously studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on financial security, and has taken a series of measures to rectify the chaos in the insurance market and to prevent and control risks in the industry, and the insurance business structure has been rapidly adjusted. The transformation and development of the insurance industry has achieved initial results. I believe that the current market consolidation is very necessary, governance effect is also commendable. However, if we want to turn the will of the regulator into the conscious behavior of the whole industry and root out the soil of market chaos, we must strengthen the construction of industry risk culture. The relationship between the Construction of risk Culture and the Development of Insurance Industry risk Culture mainly covers three aspects: one is the risk consciousness of the participants, the other is the risk consciousness of the practitioners and the insurance industry.
