【摘要】:伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的進(jìn)程,我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)也發(fā)生了日新月異的變化,外資保險(xiǎn)公司的加入,國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)放,使得保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日趨激烈,如何面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與挑戰(zhàn),人力資源的發(fā)展是關(guān)鍵。細(xì)觀我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程,人員素質(zhì)較低,流動(dòng)性較大這一現(xiàn)狀并沒(méi)有在保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展中得到改善,因此,做好員工培訓(xùn)工作,,提高員工素質(zhì),構(gòu)建高水平人才隊(duì)伍是解決這一問(wèn)題的有效途徑。 本文以XL保險(xiǎn)有限公司為藍(lán)本,重點(diǎn)研究了XL保險(xiǎn)有限公司員工培訓(xùn)方面的問(wèn)題,全文分為六個(gè)部分,第一部分介紹了研究背景、研究目的和意義并對(duì)研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明;第二部分闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于員工培訓(xùn)的研究現(xiàn)狀;第三部分重點(diǎn)分析了XL保險(xiǎn)有限公司員工培訓(xùn)工作的現(xiàn)狀;第四部分采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、資料分析等方法,對(duì)XL保險(xiǎn)有限公司員工培訓(xùn)存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了診斷,并分析了存在問(wèn)題的原因所在;第五部分從XL保險(xiǎn)有限公司員工培訓(xùn)工作的實(shí)際出發(fā),從七個(gè)方面提出了解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策和建議;第六部分對(duì)文章的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。 經(jīng)過(guò)研究,本文認(rèn)為XL保險(xiǎn)有限公司的員工培訓(xùn)工作應(yīng)以公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為基礎(chǔ),因地制宜、因材施教,建立科學(xué)的計(jì)劃預(yù)算編制管理制度,合理使用培訓(xùn)資源,發(fā)展良好的企業(yè)培訓(xùn)文化,形成員工培訓(xùn)工作的良性循環(huán)。
[Abstract]:Along with the process of global economic integration, China's insurance industry has also undergone rapid changes, the entry of foreign insurance companies, the opening of the domestic market, making the insurance industry increasingly fierce competition, how to face competition and challenges, the development of human resources is the key. The current situation of high motivation has not been improved in the development of insurance industry. Therefore, it is an effective way to solve this problem to do a good job of staff training, improve the quality of staff and build a high-level talent team.
In this paper, XL Insurance Company Limited as the blueprint, focusing on the training of employees in XL Insurance Company Limited, the full text is divided into six parts, the first part introduces the research background, research purposes and significance and research content and methods are described; the second part describes the research status of staff training at home and abroad; Part focuses on the analysis of the status quo of staff training in XL Insurance Company Limited; Part IV uses questionnaire survey, data analysis and other methods to diagnose the problems of staff training in XL Insurance Company Limited, and analyzes the reasons for the problems; Part V proceeds from the actual situation of staff training in XL Insurance Company Limited. The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from seven aspects. The sixth part summarizes the research of the article.
After research, this paper holds that the staff training of XL Insurance Company Limited should be based on the company's development strategy, teach students in accordance with local conditions, establish a scientific management system of planning and budgeting, rationally use training resources, develop a good corporate training culture, and form a virtuous circle of staff training.
