XL保險(xiǎn)有限公司員工培訓(xùn)研究
[Abstract]:Along with the process of global economic integration, China's insurance industry has also undergone rapid changes, the entry of foreign insurance companies, the opening of the domestic market, making the insurance industry increasingly fierce competition, how to face competition and challenges, the development of human resources is the key. The current situation of high motivation has not been improved in the development of insurance industry. Therefore, it is an effective way to solve this problem to do a good job of staff training, improve the quality of staff and build a high-level talent team.
In this paper, XL Insurance Company Limited as the blueprint, focusing on the training of employees in XL Insurance Company Limited, the full text is divided into six parts, the first part introduces the research background, research purposes and significance and research content and methods are described; the second part describes the research status of staff training at home and abroad; Part focuses on the analysis of the status quo of staff training in XL Insurance Company Limited; Part IV uses questionnaire survey, data analysis and other methods to diagnose the problems of staff training in XL Insurance Company Limited, and analyzes the reasons for the problems; Part V proceeds from the actual situation of staff training in XL Insurance Company Limited. The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from seven aspects. The sixth part summarizes the research of the article.
After research, this paper holds that the staff training of XL Insurance Company Limited should be based on the company's development strategy, teach students in accordance with local conditions, establish a scientific management system of planning and budgeting, rationally use training resources, develop a good corporate training culture, and form a virtuous circle of staff training.
