我國(guó)變額年金保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:變額年金保險(xiǎn)作為壽險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品中的一款創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品,最早產(chǎn)生于20世紀(jì)50年代的美國(guó),目前在歐美市場(chǎng)上已成為主流產(chǎn)品。2011年,中國(guó)保監(jiān)會(huì)正式啟動(dòng)變額年金保險(xiǎn)試點(diǎn)。但在試點(diǎn)產(chǎn)品的銷售過(guò)程中,卻暴露出了諸如銷售業(yè)績(jī)不佳、投資收益不樂(lè)觀等問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題既與保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品門檻高,,較難滿足消費(fèi)者需求有關(guān),也與資本市場(chǎng)低迷有關(guān)。 在此背景下,本文針對(duì)變額年金保險(xiǎn)試點(diǎn)兩款產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,找出表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的幾個(gè)重要問(wèn)題和產(chǎn)生該問(wèn)題的原因,據(jù)此分析制約我國(guó)變額年金發(fā)展的因素,提出稅收政策、資本市場(chǎng)、監(jiān)管部門和消費(fèi)者四個(gè)外部因素和保險(xiǎn)公司產(chǎn)品定價(jià)、保險(xiǎn)資金運(yùn)用和銷售管理三個(gè)內(nèi)部因素制約著我國(guó)變額年金保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展。同時(shí),本文還參考了美國(guó)和日本變額年金保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),找到值得我國(guó)借鑒的方面。在此基礎(chǔ)上,主要從外在建立適合變額年金保險(xiǎn)發(fā)展的稅收制度、完善資本市場(chǎng)、提高監(jiān)管質(zhì)量和服務(wù)、重視消費(fèi)者教育和內(nèi)在加強(qiáng)定價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、拓寬保險(xiǎn)資金運(yùn)作渠道,注重保險(xiǎn)公司人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)共七個(gè)方面提出了我國(guó)變額年金保險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Variable annuity insurance, as an innovative product of life insurance products, was first produced in the United States in the 1950s and has become a mainstream product in the European and American markets. In 2011, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission officially launched the pilot project of variable amount annuity insurance. However, in the process of selling the pilot products, problems such as poor sales performance and low investment returns are exposed. These problems are related to the high threshold of insurance products and the difficulty in meeting consumer demand, as well as to the low capital market. Under this background, this article carries on the contrast analysis to the variable amount annuity insurance pilot two products, finds out several important problems and causes of the problem, then analyzes the factors that restrict the development of the variable annuity in our country, and puts forward the tax policy. Four external factors, capital market, supervision department and consumer, as well as three internal factors of insurance company's product pricing, insurance fund utilization and sales management, restrict the development of variable value annuity insurance in China. At the same time, this paper also refers to the development experience of variable annuity insurance in the United States and Japan, and finds out the aspects that our country can use for reference. On this basis, we mainly establish a tax system suitable for the development of variable annuity insurance externally, perfect the capital market, improve the quality and service of supervision, attach importance to consumer education and internal strengthening of pricing risk management, and broaden the operating channels of insurance funds. This paper puts forward the development countermeasures of variable annuity insurance in China from seven aspects, focusing on the construction of insurance personnel.
