【摘要】：文章以2008-2011年中國主要壽險公司截面數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,研究營銷員規(guī)模和傭金成本對壽險經(jīng)營績效的影響。實證發(fā)現(xiàn)營銷員人海戰(zhàn)術(shù)不利于壽險經(jīng)營績效的提高;中資壽險公司粗放的傭金激勵機(jī)制使賠付率和退保率上升,外資壽險公司傭金成本未對賠付率和退保率產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。為進(jìn)一步證實該結(jié)論,文章采用DEA方法測度營銷員效率,發(fā)現(xiàn)外資壽險公司營銷員的營銷效率和盈利效率優(yōu)于中資壽險公司,說明有效率的營銷員管理體制更有利于經(jīng)營績效的提高。
[Abstract]:Based on the sectional data of major life insurance companies in China from 2008 to 2011, this paper studies the impact of sales size and commission cost on life insurance business performance. It is found that salesmen's tactics are not conducive to the improvement of life insurance performance, the extensive commission incentive mechanism of Chinese life insurance companies leads to the increase of loss rate and withdrawal rate, and the commission cost of foreign life insurance companies does not have a negative effect on the loss rate and withdrawal rate. In order to further confirm this conclusion, the paper uses DEA method to measure marketers' efficiency, and finds that the marketing efficiency and profit efficiency of foreign life insurance companies are better than that of Chinese life insurance companies. It shows that the efficient marketing management system is more conducive to the improvement of business performance.
