山西省幼兒園骨干教師專業(yè)能力發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:幼兒園教師專業(yè)化水平的高低成為影響幼兒教育質(zhì)量的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素。幼兒園教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展包括幼兒園教師的專業(yè)理念與師德、幼兒園教師的專業(yè)知識(shí),以及幼兒園教師的專業(yè)能力。其中,專業(yè)能力是幼兒園教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展在教育實(shí)踐中的集中體現(xiàn),它直接影響著幼兒園的保教質(zhì)量和幼兒的發(fā)展。最新出臺(tái)的《幼兒園教師專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(試行)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》),在專業(yè)能力方面提出,,幼兒園教師應(yīng)該具備七大專業(yè)能力。 本文以《專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中提到的七大專業(yè)能力為基礎(chǔ),自編《山西省幼兒園骨干教師專業(yè)能力發(fā)展抽樣調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》,對(duì)山西省幼兒園骨干教師專業(yè)能力發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行抽樣研究。 通過(guò)分析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)山西省幼兒園骨干教師普遍能意識(shí)到專業(yè)能力發(fā)展的重要性,但是其在專業(yè)能力發(fā)展方面還是存在一些問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題的存在與幼兒園教師自身、幼兒園園方及社會(huì)的發(fā)展有關(guān)。 通過(guò)對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,本文提出了:建立幼兒園教師專業(yè)認(rèn)同;鍛煉反思能力;樹(shù)立終生學(xué)習(xí)的良好意識(shí);提升幼兒園環(huán)境質(zhì)量;建立促進(jìn)幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)章制度;提升幼兒園園長(zhǎng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力;加大財(cái)政投入,確保幼兒園教師專業(yè)能力發(fā)展的條件;完善幼教師資格制度,強(qiáng)化對(duì)幼兒園教師專業(yè)能力的考核;優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)方式,提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量等建議。以期為山西省幼兒園骨干教師專業(yè)能力的發(fā)展提供可行性的建議。
[Abstract]:The professional level of kindergarten teachers has become a key factor affecting the quality of preschool education.Kindergarten teachers' professional development includes kindergarten teachers' professional ideas and ethics, kindergarten teachers' professional knowledge, and kindergarten teachers' professional ability.Among them, professional ability is the concentrated embodiment of kindergarten teachers' professional development in educational practice, which directly affects the quality of kindergarten care and the development of children.The newly issued "Professional Standard for Kindergarten Teachers (trial)" (hereinafter referred to as "Professional Standard") puts forward that kindergarten teachers should have seven professional abilities.Based on the seven major professional abilities mentioned in "Professional Standards", this paper makes a sampling study on the present situation of professional competence development of key kindergarten teachers in Shanxi Province by compiling a sample questionnaire on the development of professional competence of key kindergarten teachers in Shanxi Province.Through analysis, we find that the backbone teachers in Shanxi Province can generally realize the importance of professional ability development, but there are still some problems in their professional ability development.The existence of these problems is related to the development of kindergarten teachers themselves, kindergarten teachers and society.Through the analysis of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the following points: to establish professional identity of kindergarten teachers; to exercise reflective ability; to establish a good awareness of lifelong learning; to improve the quality of kindergarten environment;To establish rules and regulations to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers; to enhance the leadership ability of kindergarten directors; to increase financial investment to ensure the conditions for the professional development of kindergarten teachers; to improve the qualification system for kindergarten teachers;Strengthen the assessment of kindergarten teachers' professional ability, optimize the training methods, improve the quality of training and other suggestions.With a view to providing feasible suggestions for the development of professional ability of key kindergarten teachers in Shanxi Province.
