【摘要】：正結(jié)構(gòu)改革是職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的內(nèi)生動力。長期以來,適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展需要,職業(yè)學(xué)校不斷推進(jìn)布局和專業(yè)等結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育快速發(fā)展。1980年國務(wù)院批轉(zhuǎn)的《教育部國家勞動總局關(guān)于中等教育結(jié)構(gòu)改革的報告》的重點是通過結(jié)構(gòu)改革,使各類職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校的在校生數(shù)在整個高中階段教育中的比重大大增長,以適應(yīng)社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)對大批高素質(zhì)勞動者的需要。1985年頒布的《中共中央關(guān)于教育體制改革的決定》,將"調(diào)整中等教育結(jié)構(gòu),大力發(fā)展職業(yè)技術(shù)教育"提升到體制改革的戰(zhàn)略高度。1999年,教育部印發(fā)《關(guān)于調(diào)整中等職業(yè)學(xué)校布局
