【摘要】：小學(xué)時期是學(xué)生生長發(fā)育的重要階段,這個階段不僅是為學(xué)生打下文化學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ),而且同樣應(yīng)該關(guān)注孩子體質(zhì)的提高和體育運(yùn)動習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。蘇北地區(qū)農(nóng)村小學(xué)生余暇體育活動的開展好壞直接影響著他們的身體健康發(fā)展,希望通過對蘇北農(nóng)村小學(xué)生余暇體育活動的調(diào)查研究,總結(jié)當(dāng)前蘇北農(nóng)村小學(xué)生參與余暇體育活動的現(xiàn)狀,為促進(jìn)蘇北農(nóng)村小學(xué)生余暇體育的發(fā)展提供解決問題的依據(jù)。本文通過收集和查閱大量關(guān)于余暇體育的教育理論、相關(guān)書籍,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、專家訪談法等多種科學(xué)研究方法,圍繞蘇北農(nóng)村小學(xué)生余暇體育活動的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,對區(qū)域內(nèi)小學(xué)生余暇體育的開展的特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、影響的因素進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究和分析。研究結(jié)果如下:1、蘇北農(nóng)村小學(xué)生在余暇時間的分配上仍將主要的時間花在學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)等幾個方面,用在體育活動上的余暇時間只占其中很少一部分。2、超過80%的小學(xué)生對余暇體育充滿著濃厚的興趣,在余暇體育項(xiàng)目的選擇上男同學(xué)與女同學(xué)之間又存在顯著的差異性。3、在參與余暇體育活動的時間和頻率上,男女生存在著明顯的差異性,男生在鍛煉時間和鍛煉頻率上明顯高于女生,但都普遍較低,無法達(dá)到每天鍛煉一小時的要求。4、小學(xué)生在選擇參與余暇體育行為的目的上是多種多樣的,其中選擇根據(jù)自己興趣愛好的學(xué)生所占比例最高,其次是增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)、緩解學(xué)習(xí)壓力。5、政府及各級教育主管部門為加強(qiáng)學(xué)生身體健康發(fā)展制訂的政策為學(xué)生提供了更多鍛煉機(jī)會,充足的時間為小學(xué)生參與余暇體育創(chuàng)造了條件。6、蘇北地區(qū)小學(xué)生參與余暇體育活動的制約因素是多個方面的。針對現(xiàn)狀研究提出如下建議:加大對農(nóng)村體育場所設(shè)施的投資,同時爭取社會力量,盡力滿足小學(xué)生的余暇體育活動需要的各種體育設(shè)施;引導(dǎo)學(xué)生家長和孩子正確的認(rèn)識余暇體育的重要作用,促進(jìn)孩子參與到余暇體育運(yùn)動中去;真正減輕小學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)壓力,把促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康放在首位。
[Abstract]:Primary school is an important stage of students' growth and development. This stage is not only to lay the foundation of cultural learning for students, but also to pay attention to the improvement of children's physique and the formation of sports habits. The development of leisure sports activities of rural primary school students in northern Jiangsu has a direct impact on their healthy development. It is hoped that through the investigation and study of leisure sports activities of rural pupils in northern Jiangsu, This paper summarizes the current situation of rural primary school students' participation in leisure sports activities in northern Jiangsu province, and provides the basis for solving the problems in promoting the development of leisure sports of rural pupils in northern Jiangsu province. Through collecting and consulting a large number of educational theories, related books, literature, questionnaire, field observation, mathematical statistics, expert interviews and other scientific research methods, Based on the analysis of the present situation of the leisure sports activities of rural pupils in northern Jiangsu province, this paper makes a deep study and analysis on the characteristics, development status and influencing factors of the leisure sports activities of the primary school students in the region. The results are as follows: 1. The rural primary school students in northern Jiangsu still spend the main time on learning tasks and other aspects in the allocation of leisure time. The leisure time spent on sports activities accounts for only a small proportion of them. 2. More than 80% of primary school students are very interested in leisure sports. In the choice of leisure sports, there are significant differences between male and female students. 3. In the time and frequency of participation in leisure sports, men and women are living in a significant difference. Boys are obviously higher in time and frequency of exercise than girls, but they are generally lower, unable to meet the requirement of one hour of exercise a day. 4. Pupils choose to participate in leisure sports activities for a variety of purposes. Among them, the proportion of students who choose to follow their own interests and hobbies is the highest, followed by strengthening their physique and relieving the pressure of study. 5. The policies formulated by the government and the competent educational departments at all levels to strengthen the students' healthy development have provided more opportunities for students to exercise. Sufficient time has created conditions for pupils to participate in leisure sports. 6. There are many factors restricting pupils' participation in leisure sports in northern Jiangsu. In view of the current situation of the study, the following suggestions are put forward: increase the investment in rural sports facilities, strive for social strength, and try to meet the needs of children's leisure sports activities of all kinds of sports facilities; To guide parents and children to correctly understand the important role of leisure sports, to promote children to participate in leisure sports, to really reduce the learning pressure of primary school students, to promote the health of students in the first place.
