【摘要】："Aerobics"原意是“有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)”,中國(guó)翻譯成“健美操”,是集合了體操、舞蹈、音樂(lè)等特點(diǎn)于一身,普及性極強(qiáng)的新型體育運(yùn)動(dòng)。它通過(guò)變化多樣的身體動(dòng)作,展現(xiàn)人身體姿態(tài)動(dòng)與靜的美感。其獨(dú)特的健身、娛樂(lè)、實(shí)效和可操作等特性,符合青少年對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)尚感的追求。如今,健美操已在小學(xué)《體育與健康》教學(xué)大綱中有著重要地位,而學(xué)校體育教學(xué)、課外體育活動(dòng)以及體育競(jìng)賽都因?yàn)橛薪∶啦俚娜谌攵�趣味性和欣賞性更強(qiáng)。小學(xué)開(kāi)展健美操運(yùn)動(dòng),不僅能增強(qiáng)學(xué)生身心健康、發(fā)展學(xué)生身體體質(zhì)、培養(yǎng)運(yùn)動(dòng)參與熱情,對(duì)學(xué)生塑造健康積極的人格也起到了促進(jìn)作用,同時(shí)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生對(duì)美的理解,提升學(xué)生身體綜合素質(zhì)和創(chuàng)造力。本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、訪談、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法,以及在成都市青羊區(qū)隨機(jī)選擇20所小學(xué)的體育教師和學(xué)生作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,對(duì)這20所小學(xué)健美操的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,通過(guò)對(duì)教師隊(duì)伍、課程開(kāi)設(shè)和課外體育活動(dòng)、業(yè)余訓(xùn)練及比賽、場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施等情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,結(jié)果顯示：成都市青羊區(qū)開(kāi)設(shè)健美操課程的學(xué)校非常少,教學(xué)內(nèi)容也非常隨意,健美操專業(yè)教師缺乏,場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施無(wú)法滿足教學(xué)、學(xué)習(xí)要求,健美操課外活動(dòng)也鮮有開(kāi)展等情況。結(jié)合出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,分析制約健美操在小學(xué)發(fā)展的因素,并提出以下發(fā)展對(duì)策：1.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)加大對(duì)健美操的重視,全面發(fā)展體育項(xiàng)目2.加強(qiáng)健美操教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),開(kāi)展各類教師培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)3.改善健美操教學(xué)場(chǎng)地,完善器材設(shè)施4.組建健美操訓(xùn)練隊(duì),積極參與各級(jí)比賽5.開(kāi)展健美操課外體育活動(dòng)
[Abstract]:"Aerobics" originally meant "aerobic exercise", translated as "aerobics" in China. It is a new type of sport with the characteristics of gymnastics, dance, music and so on. It shows the beauty of human body posture movement and stillness through varied body movements. Its unique fitness, entertainment, practical and operational characteristics, in line with the pursuit of sports fashion. Nowadays, aerobics has played an important role in the syllabus of physical Education and Health in Primary School. However, school physical education, extracurricular sports activities and sports competitions are more interesting and appreciative because of the integration of aerobics. The development of aerobics in primary schools can not only enhance students' physical and mental health, develop their physical constitution, cultivate their enthusiasm for participating in sports, but also promote students' shaping of healthy and positive personality, and at the same time guide students' understanding of beauty. Improve students' comprehensive physical quality and creativity. By using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, questionnaire, interview, data analysis and so on, this paper chooses 20 primary school physical education teachers and students randomly in Qingyang District of Chengdu as the objects of investigation. Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of aerobics in these 20 primary schools, through the investigation of teachers, courses and extracurricular sports activities, amateur training and competitions, facilities and facilities, etc. The results show that the number of schools offering aerobics courses in Qingyang District of Chengdu is very few, the teaching contents are also very casual, the teachers of aerobics major are lacking, and the facilities and facilities of the venues cannot meet the requirements of teaching and learning. Aerobics extracurricular activities are rarely carried out and so on. Combined with the existing problems, combining theory with practice, this paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of aerobics in primary school, and puts forward the following development countermeasures: 1. Leaders to increase the importance of aerobics, the overall development of sports 2. Strengthen the building of aerobics teachers, all kinds of teacher training activities. Improve aerobics teaching site, improve equipment and facilities 4. Set up aerobics training team, actively participate in all levels of competition.
