溫暖“每一個”:讓“小移民”快樂成長

【摘要】:正隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化進程的加快,進城務工人員子女的教育問題一直備受關注。我校位于山東省青島市膠州市開發(fā)區(qū),由于特殊的地理位置,吸引了大量外來務工人員子女前來就讀,這些"小移民"來自云南、四川、河南、新疆等全國20多個省(自治區(qū)、直轄市),占全校學生總比已由2002年初期的2%上升到現(xiàn)在的50%以上。大量外來務工人員子女的加入,給學校帶來蓬勃活力的同時,也對學校教育提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization, the education of migrant workers' children has been paid more and more attention. Our school is located in the Jiaozhou Development Zone of Qingdao City, Shandong Province. Due to its special geographical location, it attracts a large number of children of migrant workers to come to school. These "small immigrants" come from more than 20 provinces (autonomous regions) in Yunnan, Sichuan, Henan, Xinjiang and other countries. The proportion of students in the whole school has risen from 2% in early 2002 to more than 50% now. The participation of a large number of migrant workers' children brings vitality to the school, but also brings new challenges to the school education.
