【摘要】：校外美術(shù)教育作為美術(shù)教育的有益補(bǔ)充,日益發(fā)揮著重要的作用。如今越來越多的少兒走進(jìn)各種各樣的校外美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu),使得校外少兒美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)的作用和影響力有越來越大的趨勢。誠然,作為少兒美術(shù)教育的重要組成部分,應(yīng)該是我國學(xué)校美術(shù)教育的重要補(bǔ)充。但是各級各類的少兒美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)的性質(zhì)、規(guī)模、師資、教學(xué)等環(huán)節(jié),尤其是其課程設(shè)置的情況缺乏深入的信息和資料。其價值、作用和影響以及對學(xué)校美術(shù)教育之間的彼此關(guān)系也就無以判斷。本文擬就重慶市主城區(qū)少兒美術(shù)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)為對象展開相關(guān)調(diào)查。從機(jī)構(gòu)存在的形式、辦學(xué)理念、師資力量、學(xué)生家長的態(tài)度方面展開,而重點在機(jī)構(gòu)的課程設(shè)置調(diào)查上,深入調(diào)查課程結(jié)構(gòu)、內(nèi)容、時間安排以及課程實施、教學(xué)評價等課程相關(guān)內(nèi)容。通過調(diào)查了解到本地區(qū)的校外少兒美術(shù)教育機(jī)構(gòu)課程設(shè)置存在自身優(yōu)勢:課程理念具有創(chuàng)新性、內(nèi)容具有多樣性、實施方式具有先進(jìn)性、能使學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)上具有連續(xù)性的特點,得到學(xué)生家長普遍認(rèn)可。但是也存在不足:課程結(jié)構(gòu)比較不合理、內(nèi)容安排顯得隨意、教學(xué)過程過分重視材料的運用、課程實施與評價不能與社會發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)等。根據(jù)調(diào)查分析得出影響機(jī)構(gòu)課程設(shè)置的因素主要為市場因素、教師因素和家長因素。因此,本文根據(jù)影響機(jī)構(gòu)課程設(shè)置的原因提出幾點建議。首先,機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)當(dāng)借鑒學(xué)校美術(shù)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建合理的課程設(shè)置結(jié)構(gòu);同時重視教師素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),穩(wěn)定教師隊伍;努力轉(zhuǎn)變家長美術(shù)觀念,培養(yǎng)家長的美術(shù)素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:As a beneficial supplement of art education, the outside-school art education is playing an important role day by day.Nowadays, more and more children come into all kinds of art education institutions outside school, which makes the function and influence of children's art education institutions more and more important.Indeed, as an important part of children's art education, it should be an important supplement to our school art education.However, the nature, scale, teachers, teaching and other links of all kinds of children's art education institutions, especially the situation of their curriculum is lack of in-depth information and materials.Its value, function and influence, as well as the relationship between school art education can not be judged.This paper intends to carry out a related investigation on the children's art training institutions in Chongqing's main urban area.From the aspects of the form of the organization's existence, the idea of running a school, the strength of teachers, the attitude of the students' parents, the emphasis is placed on the investigation of the curriculum setup of the organization, the in-depth investigation of the curriculum structure, the content, the timing and the implementation of the curriculum.Teaching evaluation and other courses related to the content.Through the investigation, we know that there are some advantages in the curriculum design of children's art education institutions in this area: the curriculum concept is innovative, the content is diverse, the implementation mode is advanced, and it can make the students have the characteristics of continuity in learning.It is generally accepted by the parents of the students.However, there are some shortcomings: the curriculum structure is unreasonable, the content arrangement appears random, the teaching process pays too much attention to the use of materials, and the curriculum implementation and evaluation cannot be coordinated with the social development.According to the investigation and analysis, it is concluded that the main factors influencing the curriculum are market factors, teachers' factors and parents' factors.Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions according to the reasons that affect the curriculum of institutions.
