【摘要】：小學(xué)英語教學(xué)注重激發(fā)、培養(yǎng)和保持學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。英語語言教學(xué)有其內(nèi)在的規(guī)律,要求在語境下激發(fā)語用動機和發(fā)展語言實際交際應(yīng)用能力。體驗式教學(xué)理念倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過體驗進行學(xué)習(xí),積極主動地全身心投入體驗環(huán)境,在親身經(jīng)歷過程中學(xué)習(xí),注重學(xué)習(xí)過程中學(xué)生積極的情感體驗。在體驗式教學(xué)理念下開展小學(xué)英語教學(xué),能夠讓學(xué)生在體驗活動中感受英語交際的魅力,培養(yǎng)語言交際的綜合能力。隨著信息化教學(xué)的日益發(fā)展,翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂作為一種新興教學(xué)模式正風(fēng)靡全球。它利用現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù)顛覆傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式,改變知識呈現(xiàn)的方式和地點,顛倒對知識傳遞、內(nèi)化、拓展的教學(xué)步驟,以促進學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的發(fā)展。本文結(jié)合英語語言教學(xué)規(guī)律的內(nèi)在要求,深入實踐信息化教學(xué),將體驗式教學(xué)理念有機地融入英語翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂,以實現(xiàn)真正意義上教學(xué)理念的全面翻轉(zhuǎn)。筆者在小學(xué)英語教學(xué)中,以體驗式教學(xué)理念為指導(dǎo),開展翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的行動研究。本研究主要分為以下四個階段:一、理論準備階段。大量閱讀國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻,了解歸納翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂和體驗式教學(xué)的研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,深刻理解理論內(nèi)涵,明確行動研究的方案。二、研究準備階段。充分分析目前小學(xué)英語教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀、小學(xué)生學(xué)情和小學(xué)英語教學(xué)特點,展開學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的建設(shè)和學(xué)習(xí)小組的創(chuàng)建,為教學(xué)實踐研究做好前期準備。三、教學(xué)實踐階段。遵循行動研究的基本步驟展開教學(xué)實踐研究,輔以課堂觀察、訪談和教學(xué)干預(yù)等研究方法,通過三輪行動不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)教學(xué)實踐中存在的問題,完善體驗式教學(xué)理念指導(dǎo)下的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)設(shè)計,評價教學(xué)效果,探討各個教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的組織策略。四、總結(jié)階段。經(jīng)過三輪行動研究的反復(fù)推敲和實踐嘗試,初步探索體驗式教學(xué)理念下小學(xué)英語翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的教學(xué)流程、各環(huán)節(jié)組織策略和教學(xué)策略,就教學(xué)實踐過程中應(yīng)注意的一些問題進行反思等。最后,提出本次研究中存在的問題進行分析,展望進一步的研究。
[Abstract]:Primary English teaching focuses on stimulating, cultivating and maintaining students' interest in English learning. English language teaching has its inherent rules, which requires stimulating pragmatic motivation and developing practical communicative competence in context. The concept of experiential teaching advocates students to learn through experience, to actively devote themselves to the experience environment, to study in the process of personal experience, and to pay attention to the positive emotional experience of students in the process of learning. Under the concept of experiential teaching, English teaching in primary schools can make students feel the charm of English communication and cultivate their comprehensive competence in language communication. With the development of informational teaching, flipping classroom as a new teaching mode is becoming popular all over the world. It uses modern information technology to subvert the traditional teaching methods, change the way and place of knowledge presentation, reverse the teaching steps of knowledge transfer, internalization and expansion, so as to promote the development of students' autonomous learning ability. According to the inherent requirements of English language teaching rules, this paper puts the experiential teaching concept into the English flipping classroom to realize the full turnover of the real teaching ideas. Under the guidance of experiential teaching idea, the author carries out the action research of flipping classroom in primary school English teaching. This research is divided into the following four stages: first, the stage of theoretical preparation. Reading a large number of domestic and foreign related research literature to understand the current situation and development trend of induction reverse classroom and experiential teaching, to understand the theoretical connotation deeply, and to clarify the plan of action research. Second, study preparation stage. The present situation of English teaching in primary schools, the learning situation of primary school students and the characteristics of English teaching in primary schools are fully analyzed, and the construction of learning environment and the establishment of study groups are carried out in order to prepare for the teaching practice research. Third, the stage of teaching practice. Following the basic steps of action research, teaching practice research is carried out, supplemented by classroom observation, interview and teaching intervention, and problems existing in teaching practice are constantly found through three rounds of action. Under the guidance of the experiential teaching concept, the flipping classroom teaching design is improved, the teaching effect is evaluated, and the organizational strategies of each teaching link are discussed. Fourth, summing up stage. After three rounds of action research and practice, this paper explores the teaching process, organizing strategies and teaching strategies of the English flipping classroom in primary school under the experiential teaching concept. Some problems should be paid attention to in the process of teaching practice and so on. Finally, the existing problems in this study are analyzed, and the further research is prospected.
