【摘要】：目的探討青少年的性身份認(rèn)同及其影響因素,為對(duì)青少年有效開展相關(guān)教育提供參考。方法選取湖南省在讀中學(xué)生,對(duì)其自身性身份認(rèn)同,"耽美/同人"的知曉與態(tài)度,對(duì)同性戀的認(rèn)知、態(tài)度、行為等進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,采用多元Logistic回歸分析青少年性身份認(rèn)同的影響因素。結(jié)果 1 260名青少年中,2.7%自認(rèn)為是同性戀,9.0%為雙性戀,13.7%尚未確定自身性身份。多元Logistic回歸分析顯示,對(duì)文學(xué)作品中的同性摯愛憧憬(OR=127.410,95%CI=15.407~1 053.654)、認(rèn)識(shí)的人中有同性戀(OR=8.071,95%CI=1.460~44.630)的學(xué)生更容易報(bào)告為同性戀;12~15歲、知道"耽美/同人"、對(duì)文學(xué)作品中的同性摯愛憧憬或無所謂、認(rèn)識(shí)的人中有同性戀者的學(xué)生更容易報(bào)告為雙性戀[OR值(OR值95%CI)分別為2.051(1.006~4.184),2.895(1.692~4.954),11.551(5.773~23.112),3.264(1.763~6.041),3.934(1.932~8.010)],男生(OR=0.528,95%CI=0.307~0.909)更不容易報(bào)告為雙性戀;12~15歲、15~17歲、知道"耽美/同人"、對(duì)文學(xué)作品中的同性摯愛憧憬(OR=4.250,95%CI=2.365~7.638)、不確定認(rèn)識(shí)的人中是否有同性戀者的學(xué)生更容易報(bào)告為不確定自身性身份[(OR值(OR值95%CI)分別為3.448(2.059~5.774),1.993(1.232~3.227),1.498(1.011~2.221),1.719(1.100~2.686)]。結(jié)論青少年中存在一定比例同性戀、雙性戀及尚未確定自身性身份的個(gè)體。性別、年齡、同性戀文學(xué)作品、同伴中同性戀者的存在等因素是其非異性戀認(rèn)同的預(yù)測(cè)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the sexual identity of adolescents and its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for adolescents to carry out relevant education effectively. Questionnaire survey on homosexuality's cognition, attitude, behavior, etc. Multiple Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of adolescent sexual identity. Results among the 1 260 adolescents, 2.7% thought they were gay, 9.0% were bisexuals and 13.7% were bisexuals. Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that, Students who look forward to the love of the same sex in literature 127.41095 CIQ 15.407 / 1 053.654, and those who know the same sex have the same sex: 8.07195 / 1.4760 / 44.630). Students who are 15 years old are more likely to report being gay or gay. They know that they are "in the United States / same person", or that they do not care about the true love of the same sex in literary works. Students who know homosexuals are more likely to report bisexuality (OR = 2.051 / 1.0064.1844 / 2.8951.6924.954 / 11.551 / 5.773 / 3.7636.041/ 3.9341.9328.010), and boys' ORO 0.52895CI0.3070.909 are less easily reported as 1517 years of age, Knowing that "Dharma / same person" has a longing for the love of the same sex in literary works, 4.25095% CI2.365 / 7.638, students who are not sure whether they know homosexuals are more likely to report being uncertain about their own sexual identity [OR = OR 95 CI = 3.4482.0595.774c = 1.9933.232n 3.227/ 1.4981.0112.221/ 1.7191.100 / 2.686]. There is a certain proportion of homosexuality, Gender, age, homosexual literature and the existence of homosexuals in their peers are the predictors of heterosexual identity.
