【摘要】：《地平線報告》已經(jīng)成為國際教育信息化發(fā)展和信息技術與教學融合創(chuàng)新實踐的風向標,而《2017新媒體聯(lián)盟中國高等教育技術展望:地平線項目區(qū)域報告》是首份針對中國高等教育的地平線報告——該報告指出了未來五年內推動中國高等教育技術應用的9大趨勢、影響其技術應用的9大挑戰(zhàn)及其12項重要發(fā)展。文章通過對該報告內容的分析與解讀,探討了中國高等教育信息化面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),以期為推動我國高校的"雙一流"建設、實現(xiàn)教育現(xiàn)代化提供參考。
[Abstract]:The Horizon report has become a vane for the development of international education informatization and the integration of information technology and teaching. The New Media Alliance's China higher Education Technology Outlook 2017: the Horizon Project Regional report is the first Horizon report on higher education in China, which points out nine major trends in promoting the application of technology in higher education in China over the next five years. This paper analyzes and interprets the contents of the report, and probes into the opportunities and challenges facing the informatization of higher education in China, in order to promote the construction of "double first-class" in Chinese universities and colleges.
