【摘要】：正早在1987年,英國北愛爾蘭教育部就頒布了《性教育課程框架》,將性教育作為健康教育的一個專題而列入學校課程體系。2006年,北愛爾蘭又頒布了《性別平等法案》,提出所有學生都有權(quán)在一個安全的環(huán)境中接受性教育,這進一步強化了性教育的重要性。2013年6月25日,北愛爾蘭教育部簽署了《情感與性教育》(Relationships and Sexuality Education)課程大綱,指出:該課程是為了學生們將來能夠過完滿的生活而做準備;情
[Abstract]:As early as 1987, the Department of Education in Northern Ireland issued the Sex Education Curriculum Framework, which includes sex education as a special topic in health education in the school curriculum system. The importance of sex education was further reinforced by the enactment of the gender Equality Act in Northern Ireland, which states that all students have the right to sex education in a safe environment. The Northern Ireland Department of Education signed the (Relationships and Sexuality Education) syllabus, which states that the course is intended to prepare students for a full life in the future;
